I reached out to several plumbers, but this was the ONLY company that asked further questions and provided a quote instead of the usual response """"we can send someone out"""". I will be recommending this company to friends, families and neighbors. I am SO glad to have found a trustworthy plumber. There are several other reviews on Yelp that recommend this company, but for some reason Yelp is not showing them (and they are legit reviews, not written by some bot). Jessie came on time and fixed the issue by starting where the problem was and didn't try to jump to the ultimate solution to charge a higher amount. He billed the service visit fee only. He cleaned the area after finishing the job, I am a happy customer.

Several members of my online community group recommended this business and Jesse is super communicative, prompt, and knowledgeable. There's no up charges here and I feel everything is a fair price. More importantly you'll get honest suggestions, like how it's probably not worth it for me to have my guest bathroom's reversed hot and cold controls in the shower fixed. Jesse can do it, but he took time to explain cost vs value. Honestly I didn't care about the controls but figured I'd get an opinion while he was here. When I'm talking to my own clients I explain cost vs value but rarely do I have someone else do the same for me. I couldn't be happier. I'll definitely be calling him for any future plumbing needs and you should, too. Also he left no mess in my house if that's a concern you've had from other plumbing experiences. I feel my grandfather, who himself was both a plumber and steamfitter, would approve of my choice to call JK Plumbing Solutions.
