RIP OFF, you can repair your own leaky faucets I'll tell you how.

About a year ago I had a leaky bathtub faucet and called these guys up to come out.
Yeah he was friendly and yeah he was knowledgable and yes he did fix the problem. He must have spent 15 - 20 minutes and changed parts on my hot water faucet stem which probably cost around a few dollars at most.

In the end I was charged a total of $145. YIKES!

A year later the faucet started to leak again (this time it was cold water handle side) and I decided to do it myself by browsing utube. I must have spent a few dollars for a new washer and seat. I also had to purchase a seat remover tool which costed me around $16 at Lowes.

If you have a leaking bathtub faucet it is most likely due to a problem with a bad washer on the faucet stem and a corroded seat. But it's REALLY simple to fix, it's not rocket science and it sure as hell doesn't cost $145.

We had a couple slow-moving drains in our tub/showers. Kirill arrived promptly the next day after I had called to make an appointment. He was in and out within 45 minutes, both drains working great again. Reasonable price, prompt, efficient service, what more could anyone ask for? I have had many hit and miss experiences with plumbers over many years. I contacted JK Plumbing and Rooter a few years ago based on the stellar Yelp reviews. The reviews in this case were right on. JK has done work for me six times over the past three years on various plumbing problems and on each occasion Kirill has been prompt in responding to our house (often within 30 minutes) and has quickly diagnosed and solved the problem.

Today, I had a hot water problem and he was at our house within 15 minutes. He immediately diagnosed the problem and solved it within an hour.

His rates are very reasonable and on a couple of occassions when the problem was so simple he charged me only $20. He is a consummate professional, very freindly, responsive and extremely experienced.

He is the best plumber that I have ever hired.

This company is great. Called them and they were able to come out the same day at a convenient time. Plugged drain was resolved within 30 minutes and they were professional and kept the area clean. I thought their price was reasonable, too.

Krill has been out to our rental multiple times for various issues. Biggest job was a sewer line replacement. He handled everything from permitting, to work to cleanup. Really good guy and deserving of five stars in my book.
Pricing is fair. Communicates well and shows up on time.

I worked with this plumber in the past and he was efficient and professional. I was replacing my toilet and ran into problems due to the specialty size required. Kirill was very accommodating and was able to get everything done well and quickly. I just figured he would be my go-to plumber from now on. Unfortunately, this is not the case. When a pipe burst in front of my house last week, I immediately called JK for help. He told me he was too busy and would not have time to come assess. When I asked for a recommendation of anyone else he knew, he very nonchalantly told me he had no referrals.
Obviously, I'm disappointed. I get being busy and I'm glad to see that things are going well, he's earned it. But, I feel that a repeat customer with an emergency warrants a bit of shuffling around of your schedule. Its a shame, but I won't be calling this plumber again...

""JK Plumbing and Rooter"" comes up 3x's on Yelp and all 3 are the SAME plumber. THERE'S ONLY ONE KIRILL, and I ASSURE YOU HE'S THE PLUMBER OF CHOICE! He's been out to our house for numerous occasions over the years from quick responsive emergency unclogging situations, to simple aesthetic replacements to our kitchen sink and every time has been professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fair with his pricing. Recently I had to call JK Plumbing again. My fault for using my disposal for a bunch of carrot tops. The kitchen sink backed up into my laundry area. First Krill gave me a reasonable time frame when he would be able to help. I didn't have to wait hours before he arrived. Second he is efficient and did a fantastic job. I am a clean fanatic, to put it mildly and he left my floor spotless. Third, he charges a reasonable rate. My go to guy with plumbing needs.

I found these guys on Yelp. I called them to fix a clogged sink drain in my laundry room (the washer empties into a sink and the sink became clogged). I was given a reasonable estimate and the plumber came out the next day. The service was performed quickly and the estimate was true. I am completely happy with the service I received.

We've called these people several times to come back out to fix a leak . No response. Very unprofessional and disappointing. You lose customers with that kind of bad service. We had used them before and had no problems but now?? We are using George Sallet Plumbing..very nice and professional.
