Had a leak occur in the water line running from the meter to the house. The leak occurred in a corner of my basement next to the wall. This happened on Sunday, 12/20. Called J K Plumbing and within 2 hours they sent their technician named Levi to assess the problem. I thought that due to the location of the leak that I would probably end up having to have a new water line installed. Instead, Levi was able to fit into a very tiny space and fix the problem. It wasn't easy and took a couple hours, but he was able to fix the problem without me incurring the huge expense of a new line. The total costs was very reasonable and I was able to pay the invoice over the phone the next day with a credit card. I was very pleased with the repair and the costs, and would recommend J K Plumbing Co. to anyone needing plumbing services. Be sure to request Levi if he's available.

I have heard so much positive about JK Plumbing that I called for service. Everything was upfront and prompt until their sub-contractors arrived. I will not say anything negative about JK Plumbing but I seriously recommend they review their sub-contractors they use to provide service under their name. My experience was terrible and it's unfortunate as good a JK Plumbing could possibly be, they will not get a positive recommendation from me.

I called JK Plumbing last Friday. They had the technician give me a call - that same day - within minutes and the team (Shawn and Levi) said they would try to get out to me that same day. I was thrilled because - despite COVID19 concerns - we were expecting a few folks to come to town for the holiday weekend and having the guest shower in working order would be a blessing. And having the new faucet on the deck would make cleaning (before and after) much easier. Sadly, they weren't able to come by that same day - due to another client emergency - but they called that Monday and arrived within about 15 minutes of their call. They were friendly, courteous and appeared extremely knowledgeable. We talked about pets - Taco the Macaw sounds amazing and they also showered Gizmo with compliments - so I was super impressed and pleased with them. They told me that they needed to work up an estimate and if the parts came in - they should be able to do the job that same day. Told me to give them about an hour. That same day, the office called me, and left a vmail, asking for my email address so they could send me the quote - so emailed them back. After not hearing anything for 3 hours, I called the technicians. They explained that they had an emergency and wouldn't be able to get back out to me but they said they would call the office to see if they could dispatch someone else. I told them that I understood that they were busy and I would try to call the office myself. Unfortunately, when I called - I got the answering service. And I was advised that 'they must have closed early.' Note - when Theresa (sp?) emailed me later that evening, she said that they didn't close early - they have adjusted hours due to COVID19 - so the hours listed on Google, Yelp, voicemail, etc - are incorrect. Since that point - I exchanged emails and called the office (once again on Wednesday) to find out the status of the estimate / getting me scheduled. I spoke to 'Theresa' (sp?) and she informed me that she hadn't sent it to me because 'the guys hadn't sent it to her yet.' She went on to explain that it wasn't 'just them' and that she was having trouble """"getting her estimates from all her guys."""" When I asked if she could give me an estimate / ballpark when I might hear from her - she told me quite bluntly 'I don't know - but you'll hear from me as soon as I know something.' In other words - don't call us - we'll call you. She sounded quite annoyed with me. I know I'm not an emergency client, nor am I a big-dollar / big-ticket, high-end job - but I'm proud of my home - and try to take care of. For that reason - I value skilled, courteous tradespeople. People with integrity and treat me as though they value me as a client. I'm especially disappointed at this situation - because Levi and Shawn and I discussed the fact that I've had several others (not plumbers, but handyman), come out, diagnose, give me an estimate and then just disappear. They assured me that would not be the case with them and that the job was very straightforward. I'm sure these guys are great - but my experience was lackluster. And before anyone PM's me about racism and finding a black or minority plumber - I don't think these guys don't value me because I'm black - I think they have developed a good reputation, making them highly sought after - so they don't prioritize small jobs like mine.

Had a great experience with brothers Shawn and Levi from JK Plumbing Company on June 29, 2020. They quickly assessed and repaired our low water pressure issues in our home, and we are thrilled! They were friendly, respectful, and professional. I highly recommend.

Extremely unprofessional and hot tempered. A plumber from this company actually shouted at me and threw a piece of garbage onto my car. This is certainly not the type of person you would want working inside of your home.

I was referred to this company by a trust source , I was and has been extremely pleased. The property had back up coming in the tub. I called one day they were there the next morning and I found the prices charged fair compared to some of the others in this industry. Problem solved. As a result of the first call I had another issue again, service call set showed up and I got excellent results. """"I have found my forever life plumbing company"""". I have gotten service from two different technicians and I have found them to be extremely knowledgeable . Now I can just find a electrician in the area as reliable and reasonable as these guys... This plumber is extremely unprofessional, short tempered, and sarcastic. Charges emergency fee to show up and insult the customers issue and knowledge and then sights his expertise as the reason he has diagnosed no problem found. This plumber lacks respect for customers that do not look like himself and speaks and in a very condescending manner.

These guys were super. They arrived when they said they would, were polite, very nice, completed the work quickly and they said it was such a small fix, there would be no charge ! How terrific is that?? I will definitely call them again. Joe and Levi were great guys. Thank you!

I had used JK Plumbing a few years ago, and they were awesome. Fast, reasonably priced, and customer focused. Naturally, they were my first choice when another plumbing need arose, but my buddy insisted I use his plumber and no one else, or at least give them a try. Welp, these other guys solution was $1,485 with $600 labor, and they would not warranty any of the corrections. Seriously? While I was in the mood to check out others plumbers, plumber #2 wanted $3,500 with $650 labor. When I called JK, they came right out, diagnosed exactly what the problem was, and then formulated the best solution for my issue. That alone was so worth it to me. The price for their """"BEST"""" solution was $685 with $350 labor. Are you kidding me? Their whole solution, which they took the time to come out and access correctly, was about the same as the other 2 quotes LABOR ONLY price. AND they came out early the next morning to install and make all the necessary repairs. AND they will warranty the connections. SAVE yourself the TIME, HASSLE, and MONEY and do what I should have done, and choose JK Plumbing the first time.
