Called 6 days ago to ask about a basement finish/ bathroom / plumbing - a pretty big job, so wanted an estimate. I received no call back within a few hours, so I called back and the voicemail said 'if you would like a fast response, text Chris at this number: XXX'. So I texted Chris early afternoon on that Wednesday. No response that day. I texted Chris 2 days later on Friday. no response. Then - just for kicks- I texted Chris on Saturday. Here it is Tuesday, and, - you guessed it - still no response. I am amazed at the disregard for potential business. Anyone looking for a plumber- you might be better off looking elsewhere - the folks at JK Plumbing - Chris and the gang, just don't seem to care.

I found JK Plumbing via Yelp. My expectations were exceeded by John from the moment I first texted to get onto his schedule, to the time of job completion.

John came and looked at my job, a small bathroom renovation, and priced it for me. He was then able to do my job the next day due to another job cancellation.

John is so courteous and efficient and very tidy. His communication is great. He fully and clearly explained what the job entailed and his initial estimate was spot on. His prices are very fair for the quality of his service and obvious skill.

John offered great advice with my bathroom fitout which I greatly appreciated.
