I was having a small drip in my outdoor faucet for over a week and I was unable to wrap my mind around how to fix it. After trying every DIY possible, I called it quits and contacted JK Plumbing. Originally they were only able to come the following day but after I expressed urgency, they were willing to come in 3 hours! Once Alik arrived I knew I was in good hands when he took time to investigate the issue. He expressed to me that I needed the whole hose bib replaced which was why all my DIYs were failing. Within 5-10 minutes the hose bib was replaced and the drip i've been dealing with all week was resolved! My only regret is not reaching out earlier but I definitely will be reaching out again for any plumbing issues in the future. Thank you!

Guys did great work. Responsive and prompt. Came out to give quote; recommended materials providing pros/cons of different tub types, sealants, fixtures, etc. When we were ready to proceed, they scheduled our work. Stuck to schedule, and did excellent and clean work despite circumstances made difficult by small space, other contractors, homeowner do-it-yourselfers. Had to come to site multiple times because of stages of work. Cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. They are clean, pleasant, punctual, licensed, professional. Very patient with homeowners. After job done, minor adjustments needed; when we called, came next day to do work w/out hesitation. We've recommended them to friends & neighbors already.

I live in Elk Grove and yesterday morning I had my 40 gallons water heater burst from the bottom and was leaking. I called three different plumbing companies in the area. I had a leak under my kitchen sink
Called two plumbers and no one could find where the leak was coming from.

Alik came and checked out the leak for me and found out that it was leaking from the kitchen faucet handle
Luckily he had new faucet in his van and he was able to replace it right away!!
