I contacted JK plumbing after noticing a leak in my electric water heater. Alik was able to come out the next day for a quote on replacing the old 40 gallon water heater. The quote was very reasonable and he was prepared to complete the job on the same day. Alik was professional throughout the process, he answered any questions I had and was careful not to make any mess. I would definitely use JK Plumbing for future needs or recommend them to others.

Alik recently replaced a forty gallon gas water heater for us. He was able to schedule our job for the day after I called him for an estimate. Alik arrive the next morning, removed and replaced the broken water heater. While he was installing the new water heater, Alik called to let me know we had a leaky water valve. We went ahead and had the valve changed. Everything was done within four or five hours and our renters had hot water again. We were very pleased with Alik's work, follow-up, and clean-up of the worksite. We would be very happy to use Alik and JK plumbing again. As an aside, Alik's pricing seemed very reasonable to us. I noticed that my water heater was leaking from the bottom with a steady drip. I called JK plumbing Friday evening right before closing time and spoke to Alik. Alik was very kind, courteous, and patient and was able to give me a quote over the phone after simply sending him photos of my water heater and connections. He answered my questions honestly and with clear explanations. Amazingly, Alik set me up with an appointment the next day at 11 am (even on a Saturday!) and he showed up right on time with a replacement water heater. This was less than 24 hours since talking to him!

Alik and his partner did the replacement with the utmost professionalism. He explained everything to me ahead of time and the replacement was completed in a few hours. They worked very efficiently and quietly, such that it was completed before I expected. He and his partner even had the courtesy to clean and sweep up all around the area, including the water from the leak. Installation included haul away of my old water heater. Even after the job, Alik was just as pleasant and kind as he was in the morning before he started working. It went as smoothly as I could have hoped and am very happy with the results. Overall I am very impressed with Alik and JK plumbing and they would be the first company I would call for help.

So I was looking for a plumber to investigate/repair a major leak/water spout that occurred using the dishwasher. Response I got back was, ""...don't offer the service."" Seems strange to be a ""plumbing"" business that states it offers ""drain repair"" and ""faucet repair"" and then reply with that response. Good news is there are ample ""plumbing"" businesses that actually do plumbing repairs.

Needed two main shutoff valves replaced and two hose bibs. Alik arrived for a consult to evaluate plumbing size before an estimate. Evaluated my project and said he had time to do it all now before his next call. Went and purchased necessary parts and returned quickly to start job. Existing plumbing from original construction in 1971 kind of "" tight"" but Alik evaluated the ""puzzle"" and made the appropriate cuts to install two new ball valves in the limited space. Then quickly replaced the hose bibs that were leaking. All done in about three hours! Professional job with the appropriate tools and knowledge to solve installation problems. Prices competitive.Would definitely hire again!
