Alik was available the same day for a plumbing emergency. The other plumbers I called were saying they were booked for 5-8 days out, and I didn't have water in my house, so I was so relieved that Alik was available that afternoon. There was a leak in the main valve to the house and the outdoor hose bib, and he fixed both efficiently and carefully in a short time. Alik had all the parts he needed with him, so he didn't have to take time to go get them. His work is reasonably priced and he is very pleasant and kind. I highly recommend JK Plumbing for any work you need! A great experience.

Great, fast service but we were charged $650 for an hour of work to unclog toilet paper from the toilet. He did have to remove the toilet and he replaced the wax ring but for that price I could've purchased a whole new toilet. I certainly was caught off-guard by this price but the plumber was professional and got the job done.

Our sink was not draining despite multiple efforts to fix it (snaking, plunging, etc.) I contacted JK Plumbing and they came within the hour, fixed it, and replaced parts that were eroding. Thank you for your fast response and coming out into the rainy windy Davis weather!

We had an issue with our kitchen sink backing up, which led to a flood in the garage. Alik came by at 5pm on Sunday, and was able to resolve the issue in 30 minutes. Price was very fair, and he was clearly knowledgeable. We would definitely call again for our plumbing needs.

Called to ask for a quote for a water heater repair, and was immediately asked for the age and brand of the water heater. I told him the problem with the pilot light, and he said that the supplier didn't have the part. I asked how much to replace the thermocouple, and he said at least $450 as it takes several hours to fix. He then said he could replace the entire water heater (after saying the supplier was out of that brand). I called another company and they sent a tech who fixed it in an hour including the time it took to drive to the store to get the $20 thermocouple. JK is perfect for people who don't have any idea that they are getting ripped off, but please don't be that person, and only use JK as an absolute last resort.

Edit: This guy called me up to harass me, asking me if I believe in God, and then swearing at me. I guess if you are desperate on a weekend, and this is it, then go for it, but you will be scammed.
