I called on the 4th of July because our lines from the house out were clogged and water was backing up in our sink and leaking from our washing machine. They answered after 1 ring on the holiday! Tech came out at 9AM the next day and was able to snake both lines from our roof and monitor and replace our water drain from the washing machine with the proper fitted tubes. They were prompt, quick, and provided great customer service AND PRICING is super reasonable. We will be using JK for our other 2 properties in the Bay Area for sure!
