Joe is a great guy. Came out the same day and took care of the problem. He even offered to credit me the cost of snaking my toilet, if I decide to replace the toilet. I'm very happy I choose J and K.

Joe and his partner were able to diagnose the issue immediately and gave us a reasonable estimate which was much lower than the previous quotation I got from another vendor. They arrived for the appointment within the scheduled time window. They were very confident, efficient and quick in resolving the issue. They were very upfront and transparent with the diagnosis and cost and also very friendly and professional. I would hire them again for any plumbing related issues.
