I'm very happy I found J & K plumbing when my water heater started leaking a week ago. I really wanted to get it fixed the same day because I was home alone and didn't feel confident draining the tank myself. I called several places and some never returned my call and others couldn't help until the next day. Joe answered the call immediately even though he was at another job, He gave me a reasonable quote and called back to tell me he could be over in an hour. He came over with his assistant and the job was done quickly and efficiently. I was very satisfied with the work and have already called on him to do another job on a broken main shut off valve. Again, he was right on time, the work was done efficiently and the price was very reasonable. I recommend J & K plumbing highly.

Excellent service! I left a message and Joe called me back within 20 minutes and he was at my house about an hour later. Snaked a stubborn blockage in the pipe that runs to my laundry sink and it is draining perfectly now and I can do laundry again! I now know who to call the next time I need a plumber!

I needed my kitchen faucet replaced, and the two shutoff valves under the sink, because they wouldn't budge. I had gotten quotes from two other plumbers, Joe gave me a much better price. He came out and had the job done in just under one hour. This is after one of the other plumbers had told me the job would probably take 4-5 hours. I am 100% satisfied with the job.

Joe returned my husband's call quickly after he left a message in the evening. Due to the nature of our situation, he rearranged his schedule and came the very next day. He was right on time and very personable. He and his crew went to work and did a splendid job. I contacted Joe to clear the roots out of my pipes. Showed up on time and did a great job. Last week I called him again about a possible leak in my bathroom wall because I had a water stain on the floor trim. He was very flexible with the appointment times. Joe again showed up on time, took a look at my wall and said that in his opinion it was just splash from the shower causing it and not a leak. I offered to pay him for his time but he would not take the money. Great guy and honest! I highly recommend.
