Quan M.I live in another state but own a rental in Houston near Katy, the tenants had a broken valve where the shower was at 3pm and I contacted J&K since they seemed like a family friendly contractor. They were at the house within 3 hours same day near evening and fixed the issue immediately at a good price. I'm extremely satisfied and the tenants were ecstatic that they had running water again in their master bedroom fixed same day. Great service and wonderful staff.
