Joe N.I had a plumbing problem in December 2024. They were given my contract and money was exchanged and I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. No calls ... no emails,.. no text. Nothing. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. THEYRE CON ARTISTS!!!!
Exselsa' C.Terrible, rude, and unprofessional. Told me he needed to clear the stoppage to figure out the leak to my toilet. But told the warranty company he needed to put a hole in my ceiling to fix the leak. ( I believe they didnot want to do the work.) Then later the guy was very rude saying it wasn't his fault that I filled the toilet (water is in the toilet, duh!). Very unprofessional and I am so glad my warranty company reassigned the claim. if I could give them zero stars, I would.
Justin S.Terrible customer service. I Reached out to JK custom remodeling several times to get appointment updates and never received a response. I Wasted an entire workday waiting for them to show up just for my warranty company to tell me that they supposedly showed up and no one was home. Outrageous!
Susie M.I was a little concerned because of the two reviews here. They were very responsive and timely making the appointment. They were very polite and friendly. They fixed the leak and faucet. All is good.
