Spoke with Jim on Friday night. We made plans for him to come do inspection next day at 11:00 am. At 12:15 when he still had not showed up, i called and left a message. No return call. Called again Monday, and they did not even pick up phone during business hours. Left another message to no avail. Not sure how this unreliable person got such positive reviews. Extremely poor way of doing business.

I had Jim from JJ Wells and Repairs, I'm July 2020, paid him $1200 to repair my well and pump and for two months I've beeb shut downs few times kicking up sand and no water, he finally came out and said the filters is wrong but quote me another $300 to fix it and I agreed to it and never saw him again! I've called 20 times and refuses to speak to me! Today the well froze up, no water, my cattle needs water and I'm furious with this clown! I have filed a complaint with home advisor, BBB, Dept of business regulation and my last resort thru the lawyers and courts! Do not let this clown do your Wells! He works with home advisors! He will not honor his warranty! It will cost him more than$1200 when I get thru with him.
