This guy is an absolute joke. First, I gave him directions to my home since the main road is closed and what does he do? Take the main road and gets competely lost so I had to give him directions again.
I had a burst pipe and as he's looking at it he's at a loss of words. He asks me if someone had messed w/ the valves and I told him no and he continues looking around without knowing how to fix the problem. Finally he lets me know he can get the problem fixed but he needs to get in side the house to do so. Since he was not the cleanest fella I told him to wear some booties when he comes inside. So what does he do? He gets in his truck and takes off. This was a first for me! I asked him what happened and he said he didn't want to wear the booties, ""I am almost retired, and I don't need that"". Well dang.... ok.

Joe is my new go-to plumber. I had a hot water slab leak and spoke with Joe on Friday. He told me exactly what he was going to do on Monday and Tuesday. He showed up on time and did exactly what he said he was going to do on both days. Leak fixed! His prices are unbeatable. And he is an all-around great guy.

Why again?

Well... drip, drip, drip.

You just want to ignore it. I do anyway. I think to myself, this is not dripping, it will go away. And I think that until it's impossible to draw any other conclusion.

""There's a drip under the sink, Joe! It seems like it's coming from the garbage disposal.""

""I'll be there at 8:30am tomorrow. Does that work for you?""

""Yes!""

So, now, ALL FIXED!

I've been using JJ's Plumbing for years and have had the best experience every time. This last call to JJ's was for leak detection. Owner Joe came highly recommended by a co-worker, so I called him up and we set up an appointment for him to come out and check for a possible water leak in my backyard.
