Originally from the Bay Area, Jacob moved to Sacramento during his teenage years. Following graduation, he received plumbing training and worked in New York. Four years later, he returned to Sacramento to manage various Union jobs. In 2004, Jacob and his wife decided to launch their own plumbing company. We just had him come back and do our kitchen rincluding replacing all of the pipes under the house. He is honest, reliable, reasonably priced, and efficient. You should hire him.

Didn't hear from them. Called again in the morning and left a detail message about what happened to the kitchen. Never called back. Disappointed and will never call them for business again.
If he's busy, he could at least have the decency to let me know so I won't waste my time.
