This is how a company should be.
After being stood up by another plumbing company we called Jesus at J&J and he responded right away. They were out in 2 hours as stated and did a great job. Very professional and clean. They even texted later to see if everything was good for us.

J&J saved the day again. Family member lives in Redondo Beach. The landlord is a bit of a slumlord, and does not repair things on a timely basis. The showerhead had ceased to work, and our guy drove out there, and pretty much spent the afternoon trying to sort out the problem. He was able to get it going again, and I feel he went out of his way to help. This time it cost a few more bucks then we wanted to spend. But the alternative would have been waiting weeks or months for the landlord to get around to it. Thank you again, J&J Plumbing!

Quick to respond to messages, set up an appointment for 1PM and the door rang at 12:59PM so I didn't have to sit around waiting all day.

Quickly diagnosed the issue with the toilet, did what he could to get it working as good as possible, suggested that it would need to be replaced eventually as it's an older toilet but was not pushy at all!

Overall great service, great price and would highly recommend.
