Our AC went out on a Saturday night while we were asleep, so getting someone on a Sunday morning was a worry when we woke up. JJ Heating had a full Sunday schedule, but promised a call back within 5 minutes to see how quick they could get out. They called back promptly and had Jason came out to help within an hour and a half of first calling. He arrived exactly when they estimated (which as many know, you can't count on for most companies or the timeframe is 4 hours...) Jason found the issue (our fan went out) and had the part to fix it immediately, so from the time he arrived to our unit being up and running was less than an hour, including payments and answering all of our questions. I'm sorry to see bad reviews for this company, because we did not experience anything but excellent service and a professional, knowledgable technician. We would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends!

I called in the morning to get someone out to tell me why my furnace didn't kick on to run the fan and a/c (hydronic heating and cooling). I actually removed the plate, cleaned up all of the water and determined before they came that the water detector placed inside the pan under the air handler had been triggered by quite a bit of water and therefore, the furnace fan was prevented from turning on. The 2 people did not speak English and I had a great deal of difficulty communicating with them. They wanted to turn on the a/c but I advised them that it would not go on as the 2 detectors were now red. They really did not know what they were doing. Moreover, the younger person said in Spanish that because they were out for no money, that they wanted to leave. They then said that I should call another person. Very disturbing treatment of a disabled senior citizen.

Long story short. Do not use the company. Save yourself a headache and your hard earned money. I was a new homeowner and new to all this calling for help business. I urge you to receive estimates from various companies and go with ones with great reputation in the community.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Came out for a heating element replacement, ended up blowing up my outdoor unit while working on the inside, and are making me pay for it. Would not leave my house until payment was made.
Original issue is still a problem.

Very rude, and have threatened court if I question the charges. Warranty is also a joke, and they will find something out of warranty so that they can charge for the service call.
CALL THEM AND YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Update: They have issued me a summons after not returning phone calls to try to settle before.

Do not use this company!!! I had a furnace installed in December and it's June and it's LEAKING and my basement is flooding. He offered a one year warranty but wanted to charge us $190.00 for a service call to drain the water but that is not the issue...so the unit is still leaking. I had to call another hvac company to fix furnace that he duct taped....not sure how much it will cost to fix his botched job on top of the $1900.00 I paid already. Calling the better business bureau and sending pictures.

Worst company ever. Was late for the first visit without notice. Promised to do the work 3 days later and never showed or cancelled. Informed me he would call as soon as he could get to it. Month later and no call. When I called my call was not answered and in minutes later I had another company calling me. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE.
