We had a garbage disposal installed and some backwards plumbing in our kitchen that needed a new p-trap. We later had them install our dishwasher.

Joe came out and worked efficiently to complete both jobs. He's a great guy and has a great sense of humor as well. Unfortunately, the cheap plastic fittings that came with our garbage disposal had a slight leak. I reached out to Joe and he said he was going on vacation the next day, but he'd bring tools and stop by on the way to the airport... and not just that, but he was getting engaged the next day! I told him no way was he coming over or packing tools for his trip since the leak was so slight.

Joe returned after his trip to fix the pesky leak from the garbage disposal and found out a creative way to circumvent the cheap hardware that came with the garbage disposal. Amazing commitment to his customers!

Recently had an sewer issue after hrs . What started out to be an easy job turned into almost an all nighter stayed no matter how late until work was complete.. up front and direct on pricing so I knew what to expect.. didnt have cash handy so I was able to pay online . Fast quick. Friendly and even wore protective equipment and mask during service . Which with some you have to kept asking
