We had just bought a home and knew we needed to have a plumbing line fixed. Joe was amazing. He came out to give a free estimate and did a complete inspection to give us a comprehensive fix for the problem. His estimate, timeline and workmanship beat out all other companies. When Joe stared the job it was a two day deal and he got it down as planned. They had to dig out our front yard and he was able to leave it as if nothing had happened. It's been a few months since the work was done and everything is working well. If we have other plumbing issues we will definitely be calling Joe again.

Joe and his team saved the day!! The main plumbing drain which led into our restaurant became clogged and water began to back up out of the drains and into our Restraunt. I called J & J and they answered our call just before noon on a Saturday. Joe and his team were quick, knowledgeable, and very professional as they showed up, diagnosed and fixed the issue, and we were back open for business. I highly recommend J & J. We had a garbage disposal installed and some backwards plumbing in our kitchen that needed a new p-trap. We later had them install our dishwasher.

Joe came out and worked efficiently to complete both jobs. He's a great guy and has a great sense of humor as well. Unfortunately, the cheap plastic fittings that came with our garbage disposal had a slight leak. I reached out to Joe and he said he was going on vacation the next day, but he'd bring tools and stop by on the way to the airport... and not just that, but he was getting engaged the next day! I told him no way was he coming over or packing tools for his trip since the leak was so slight.

Joe returned after his trip to fix the pesky leak from the garbage disposal and found out a creative way to circumvent the cheap hardware that came with the garbage disposal. Amazing commitment to his customers!
