I called on a Saturday. J left an engagement he was at over 30 miles away to perform an inspection on my grandmothers house. She had a flood and called an unlicensed handy man to perform repairs. Our other plumber we were using left us hanging so I called J & J plumbing. I explained our situation. We had two new toilets installed by other plumber but were unable to use them because the other plumber left us with no septic. J& J responded that evening. I just recently purchased a duplex in Escondido and had a lot of plumbing that needed to be done. Specifically all new gas lines, water lines and sewage line work. I had received multiple bids from from top rated companies in the area. Most of them never called back or even had time to do the job until January. I needed my work done fast so that my family could move into the house soon. Joe not only started the job within days, he also completed the job in two days. His bid was also the most competitive. He knows his stuff and he is very upfront with the work that needs to be done. Whenever I called or had a question through text he answered and reassured me right away. Also we had a few additions to some lines as we went along and he was able to add that to the work already being completed without any problems.

We had just bought a home and knew we needed to have a plumbing line fixed. Joe was amazing. He came out to give a free estimate and did a complete inspection to give us a comprehensive fix for the problem. His estimate, timeline and workmanship beat out all other companies. When Joe stared the job it was a two day deal and he got it down as planned. They had to dig out our front yard and he was able to leave it as if nothing had happened. It's been a few months since the work was done and everything is working well. If we have other plumbing issues we will definitely be calling Joe again.

Joe and his team saved the day!! The main plumbing drain which led into our restaurant became clogged and water began to back up out of the drains and into our Restraunt.
