I called this company last Saturday and made an appointment for today and I was told that I would be the first one for them to come out with on Saturday morning however I called got a call told me she was going to call the drivers that I called at 10 a.m. call the drivers and call me back see where they're at never heard back from them at all wasted half my day sitting at my house waiting on them I would not recommend this company to anyone you probably better off paying more money and going somewhere else because this is a sorry company they don't get back the customer service is terrible don't have you sitting at your house all day long and not even call you and tell you they're not make coming terrible company go somewhere else

What started out as a great experience turned bad quickly. Spent $2200 on a repair job where he charged my credit card and after more than a dozen reminders, couldn't provide a receipt for my records. Then there were call backs from my resident about the work. Lots of excuses. Twice he did come back but knocked on the door and didn't ring the doorbell so he could claim the resident t didn't answer the door. He stood me up two times as no show on the call back. Then became completely unresponsive. I had to call another company and pay for the work again that wasn't completed to satisfaction to begin with.
