Posting a review on behalf of my mom. She used them, referred by a family member after having issues with her water heater. They spent and charged for 8 hours of work with no fix. Charged her $1200 and quoted her 12k to either replace her system or spend $200 for a part plus however long else it would take to fix. My mom called in a second opinion, it took them 30 mins to diagnose the problem and they found the part for half the price then only took an extra 30 mins to actually install. My mom then asked for the part THAT SHE PAID FOR as she found a buyer for it and they refused to answer her even though she paid for the part. Overall terrible experience, there is no doubt that she was taken advantage of and ripped off.
