Our mainline drain was clogged and we had done all that we could do before calling a plumber. I found Jireh Plumbing information online in a post where they explained the cause of the exact problem we were having. When I called and explained the situation, Brandon was knowledgeable and made a point to try to get to us as soon as possible. He was clear about the price of the work so there were no surprises. The crew was very respectful and made sure to protect everything in our home while they were doing their work and to put everything back as they found it or better. Really appreciated the punctuality, clear communication and respectful attitude. Our drain is unclogged and Brandon gave us some tips to try to keep it from clogging again.

Brandon and his team are/ were courteous and prompt. I had shoe covers all ready for them, and they came prepared with their own!! He brought along his apprentice, and made sure the process was understood on both sides!! They located the issue of the leak and uncloggged my tub, all while informing us throughout the process. After having dealt with a number of plumbers from both large and small companies, having used those from warranty companies also, I am happy to have found Jireh plumbing. Brandon was honest, thorough, respectful and punctual. Although he was called out to rod my sewer line, he addressed ALL of my plumbing problems and fixed a couple of minor issues without charging me. I won't call anyone else for my plumbing needs. Oh how I wish, more contractors were like him.
