He came to finish several jobs in my home including replacing the drain and waste basket in my bathroom and replacing a shower tower with a new shower kit. Our mainline drain was clogged and we had done all that we could do before calling a plumber. I found Jireh Plumbing information online in a post where they explained the cause of the exact problem we were having. When I called and explained the situation, Brandon was knowledgeable and made a point to try to get to us as soon as possible. He was clear about the price of the work so there were no surprises. The crew was very respectful and made sure to protect everything in our home while they were doing their work and to put everything back as they found it or better. Really appreciated the punctuality, clear communication and respectful attitude. Our drain is unclogged and Brandon gave us some tips to try to keep it from clogging again.
