If you are questioning which contractor to let into your life you are placing an enormous bet on your home, finances, sanity and safety. There is no better bet you can make than Juan from Jinga construction - and all of the superb subcontractors he will bring to achieve your dream.

I labored for over a year before pulling the trigger on an apartment gut renovation and interviewed over 8 contractors. Finally, I went with my gut and hired Juan and Jinga. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Juan is a perfectionist, a gentleman and an infinitely patient person who will hear EVERY IDEA you bring to him, and not rest until he achieves a vision that is perfectly aligned to YOUR VISION- regardless of your experience level. He will make suggestions if you want him to, change directions if you need him to, and will stand on his head to make you ecstatic.

Most contractors are not known for being humanists. Juan is a master communicator. He has a grace, wisdom and compassion that will make you rethink not only your house but your view of life.

And ultimately he will become your friend - long after the job is done.

I know this sounds too good to be true. But it's a fact.

Juan and Jinga made my dreams come true and gave me the best apartment BY FAR in my astoria Co-Op. And he has become a trusted friend.

What can I say?!?! Jinga Construction is the real deal!
From day one Juan and his team came in ready to work. Juan was very on hands when it came to helping design and pick finishes for my new kitchen remodel project. It can be a bit overwhelming with all of the options available for finishes. Juan was very patient with us, even when we couldn't quite decide. I valued Juan's opinion when I picked things that weren't quite right:-)
Juan also communicated with us every day to let us know what was being done. From the demo, to the plumbing to the electrical work, etc.... l knew exactly what to expect when I returned home from work.
As in any construction project you will encounter unforeseen situations. Juan made those situations as stress free as possible for me. All I saw was $$$ but Juan would say, in his kind manner "" No worries. We'll work it out.""
The whole team was delightful to work with and treated my home as if it was their own. Thank you team Jinga!

Now I have a BEAUUUTIFULLL kitchen thanks to Jinga Construction.

Jinga Construction did a great job remodeling my mom's bathroom in Bayside, NY. I was nervous about the whole project as I was trying to coordinate everything from Florida before flying up for the 2 week project, and I'd never done a remodel on my own. Not knowing where to start, I reached out to the condo manager, who recommended Juan, the owner of Jinga Construction. From the day I met Juan, I knew I could trust him and depend on him.

Juan went out of his way to help me get ready for the project, taking me around to pick out and pick up materials, even stopping by to make a payment for the tub when the merchant wouldn't accept payment over the phone. He was patient and kind throughout the project, explaining each step and ensuring that I was happy with everything. Even when we hit some bumps (as expected on any construction project), Juan worked with me to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction, even coming back after the project was finished to tweak a few things.

Thanks to Juan and his crew (Victor, Alex and Richie) for being such a delight to work with! What could have been (and honestly, what I was expecting to be) a stressful, aggravating process turned out to be a really good, positive experience. And as a bonus, Juan has a wonderful outlook on life that helped me to look at life and situations differently as well.

Jinga Construction has performed extensive renovations and new construction on our home.

Jinga Construction's work has always been first class and has improved the value of and aesthetics of our home immeasurably.

It appears to me that Jinga focuses intently on the satisfaction of the client. And will always go above and beyond to insure the clients satisfaction.
