Jim clearly knows what he is doing. his prices are fair and he does his best to keep the cost manageable. The only reason for not five stars is that he appears to tend to the most urgent but then might leave others waiting with no call. Because he works in areas with poor cell service it is understandable, but frustrating for clients.

Well, after Jim left us hanging, we got another company to repair the problem and also what he had disassembled. Luckily they came when they did because Jim had turned off the pump. We were just about to overflow. There was no reason to turn off the pump because it was working. The alarm wasn't working. It could've really been bad due to his negligence.

Did a great job pumping my septic. There was a finding of concern with the outtake baffle of my septic tank, and the owner ( with many years of septic experience) made a special trip out to look at the issue and reassured me no intervention was needed. Will use Jim's Septic the next time I need septic pumping.

Really happy with the service. Got the county-required inspection. It was efficient and Jim was knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. Also helped us figure out a few extra lids we needed to uncover and didn't charge us for the bit of extra work. I also researched prices before making my appointment and this was a great price too. Hopefully we don't ever need to get in touch due to issues but we do need to get an inspection every year due to being near water and won't be hesitating to use them again!

I had an issue with my septic system alarm going off seemingly before it should. Called up and got Jim on the phone, and within an hour he stopped by and helped me figure out what the problem was, explained to me clearly how it all was working and advised me on how to fix it myself while he was still there. Could not have asked for a better interaction, will be using Jim for all future issues.

We called Jim the afternoon before Thanksgiving after our plumbing backed up and it appeared to be an issue with our septic. Jim was great and listened in detail to our issue. He scheduled an appointment for the next business day and showed up promptly to pump our septic and investigate our problem. He was very reasonably priced and truly cares about people. A rare find in today's world. Would highly recommend him!
