For someone to be willing to forgo their service fee, to offer advise based on their experience, to encourage a potential customer to solve their problem easily, that's an amazing quality. For the next time, should I not be able to solve the issue on my own, I will call Jim.

During this corona virus pandemic my dryer stopped working on a Saturday. I called Jim in the morning and he was at my house the same day within several hours. I was concerned that no one would be available due to the conditions we are going through and also since it happened during a weekend day. Jim fixed my old dryer and certainly saved me from having to either put my wet clothes in my car and go to my brothers' house and use his dryer or a laundromat to dry the clothes, or have to shop and purchase a new dryer at this difficult time we are all going through. Jim is a really nice guy and has been doing repairs for many years. He is very trustworthy and I highly recommend you use him if any of your appliances break. I will definitely call him again if any of my appliances near a repair. He wore a mask and we stayed away from each other during the time he was at my house.

Came to Jim with a high-end Cuisinart toaster oven. I had to first convince him over the phone it didn't have a circuit board (horrors!) Jim made it work again! It was a bad-switch. Now I'm happily baking muffins once again! Yay!

Jim is honest and very reasonably priced. His service reminds me of how businesses used to run. I had a lamp that needed repair and he had it done within a few hours of my dropping it off. He left it for me to pick up and I left my payment at the same time in the designated spot.

Jim is very professional, honest and reasonably priced. He came to my house to evaluate a slide in pro-style kitchen range/oven. He was able to efficiently diagnose the problem, acquire the missing part and complete the job within a few days notice. I would definitely hire him again as a ""Jim"" of all Trades.

Our dryer was making increasingly loud squawking noises. I called Jim's RepairService yesterday and Jim arrived first thing this morning on his motor cycle. He went beyond the call of duty not only repairing the responsible noise squawker but cleaning out our accumulated lint and directing us to get the lint pipe working properly. His charges were quite reasonable for all that he did. I highly recommend him and will call on him for further appliance issues large and small.
