Hired to remodel bathroom said would take 2-3 weeks, first started a week late then 2 months later with project 1/2 completed he quit. Ordered the wrong tile and now I have 1000 dollars worth of tile that can't be returned. His employee wired a light wrong and almost fried my house. Now my shower only has hot water too it. Out 9000 dollars and his satisfaction guarantee on his webpage is false advertising

We hired them through Lowe's to install our new dishwasher. First, we had to wait an entire week to get on their schedule. Secondly, they said they would come between 8-10am on a Monday morning. Usually, a contractor will call at least 30 minutes in advance of when they expect to show up. By 8:45, I had heard nothing, so I decided to call them. I left a message, and the receptionist called back, saying that the installers had until 10am to show up, and were not obligated to call at all. I explained that I had things to do this morning, and needed a more specific time, but she just repeated herself. I asked her to call the installers and have them call me with an estimated time, and she said she would do that. The installer did show up at 9:30, but never called in advance, and he said no one asked him to do so. However, the installer Matt proved to be competent, making sure that the water in our old house was shut off properly before he detached the old dishwasher. He was friendly and kind as well. So, in summary, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful, but the plumber did a good job.
