Great company we've used multiple times now. They're always able to come out quickly and work efficiently to solve the problem.
Malik helped us out of a big jam today, he was awesome.
I highly recommend Jim's Plumbing to anybody who's in need of plumbing or drain services!

Jim's Plumbing Now rescued me on a holiday with a stopped up sewer line...
Good, quick service and reasonable pricing! I will certainly use them again.

Excellent service a great company , would highly recommend ! They take pride in their work and that says a lot. Jaime Gage help me a lot and he is very professional and follows through! Thumbs up for Jim's plumbing

I would never trust Jim's Plumbing Now: Recently I had RS Foundations install piers on my home's foundation. They said to activate their warranty a plumbing test would need to be performed by Jim's Plumbing Now. They said any plumbing leaks must be located and repaired and final passing test results must be emailed to their office. Soon afterwards two men from Jim's Plumbing Now arrived with an in-line sewer camera. They emphatically declared I had a broken sewer pipe and quoted me $4,620 to repair it. I called my certified licensed plumber for a 2nd opinion. He performed the same test and said there was nothing wrong with the sewer pipe. He saved me $4,620 on a repair that did not need to be done. I called RS Foundations several times to complain about their recommended plumbing company. They never called me back. I would not recommend Jim's Plumbing Now or RS Foundations. This was a terrible experience with both companies. I would never trust them again.

Jim's Plumbing Now was outstanding. Kenneth was great; he was polite and professional. He worked clean and was respectful of my home when bring in and removing equipment. The work was outstanding and the pricing was more than fair. Highly recommended!!!

Jim's plumbing now responded immediately when my family's water heater went out. They quoted us and came through with a new installation w/ expedient service. Victor was the main plumber in charge of the install. Post installation they tested and made sure all was working. They even took our old heater with them at no extra charge!
I highly recommend this company!

Great Team!!
Extremely responsive and professional!!
Will definitely use their services in the future.

Gave us a bid for over $15k after a camera test to fix 2 breaks. Provided no photographic or video evidence.
We got a second opinion and they sat down and watched the video with us and could not find a break.
We mentioned the the Jim's plumbing technician that we had a Home Serve warranty and he suggested a provider. That provider left the caps off just like with David W. But luckily we noticed right before the rains.
Service provided 5/19/23

Jim's Plumbing Now was sent to my house by my foundation repair company to do a follow up sewage pressure test. It failed the test. They indicated that replacing the clean outs could help make it pass the plumbing test, cost was $1450. They replaced the cleanouts and it still failed. Then they did leak identification for $750. After the leak test I developed a clog in my kitchen sink. The plumber let the clean out cap off and the waste water was flowing into my yard. I asked him if he was going to clean the clog out and he said he could send someone over. They quoted me $72,000 for sewage bypass to repair all leaks. In the meantime, I called a few more certified plumbers and leak detection companies. I had 1 clean out the the clog in the sink, cost was $150. I also got quotes for sewage bypass. The plumbers all quoted me under $40,000 for the sewage bypass. They also said there was no reason to do the clean out replacement. There were other ways to identify the leaks. Their cost on cleanout replacement was also half of Jim's.

I put in a repair request for my water heater and Jim called me right away to schedule a technician to come out. I specifically asked what the diagnostic fee would be to find out what's wrong and he said there was no diagnostic fee. When the technician arrived he told me there was a $375 diagnostic fee along with a $199 after hours fee that I was also told nothing about. I informed the technician that I was not told anything about the after hours fee and that I specifically had asked Jim if there was a diagnostic charge he said no. The technician waived the $199 after hours fee but was still charging me the $375. I texted Jim about how upset I was and he responded that he would talk to the technician and take care of the fees. He apologized for any miscommunication but did not acknowledge that he gave me misinformation. I asked him very clear questions as I knew there is ALWAYS diagnostic charge for technicians coming out.
