I called Jim's Plumbing to fix and issue with tree roots compromising the drainage line from the house to the sewer. They came out and found the issue and gave me a quote based on the work that needed to be completed. In the middle of the job they found out that it was over-scoped the time for the repair and adjusted it down saving me money on the repair. I couldn't be happier with the staff there: Darren (Estimator), Gram (troubleshooter), Javier and Gil(did the replacement), and Will (sink repair that was added on). This company was very honest and I love supporting local business with this level of professionalism.

My first experience with Jim's plumbing is an A+. My neighbor recommended them to me. I made a service call on a Thursday morning for a 8:00 appointment Friday morning. The technician was there promptly. Fee - They charge hourly which is rare these days. The plumber promised he would be done within a hour so I wouldn't have to pay more. I highly recommend this company. I hope my next experience (hopefully that will be a long time) is just as wonderful as my first experience.

Just called this company. I'm moving into a new place and wanted to know if we could afford to install a bidet. I politely explained I wasn't looking for an over the phone estimate or committed price, just a rough ballpark of what a bidet might cost in a typical bathroom to add on. I was told they charge $100 an hour and wouldn't give me any information over the phone """"because that wouldn't be fair to me or them."""" What's not fair is simply calling to see if you can remotely afford something and then being price gouged to get any information. If I ran a law practice this way when people called with their problems, I would have no clients. The woman didn't even spend more than 60 seconds with me.

These guys are crooks. I found the worker sitting in the truck for 10 min while they charge me $95 an hour. It's $95 just to show up and the guy on the phone told me hes on his way and he thinks Thatt he knows what's wrong but Hes not telling me so he can one out and get $95 to tell you I'm person. What kind of crap is that.

We had a bathroom sink pipe break and we called Jim's because we had used them before and had been satisfied. They set an appointment range of 12-4 and my wife waited around the entire time only to receive a call at 3:52 that they would not be coming. They had asked for a credit card when we first made the appointment, which my wife refused. After calling to report their no-show, they would only commit to another appointment if my wife agreed to an 8 hour window. This isn't the company we used to know, and we'll never use them again. UPDATE TO THE REVIEW ABOVE. AFTER PITCHING A FIT WITH THE VENDOR'S OFFICE AND WRITING THE REVIEW, JIM'S REROUTED A SERVICE TECHNICIAN WHO PROMPTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY REPAIRED OUR SINK. JIM'S IS BACK IN OUR GOOD GRACES.

I called Jims at 8am, was told someone would be out before lunch. Butch showed up at 9:30am. He worked quickly and was super nice. Prices were fair and work was done right.

Be very careful of any businesses that ask for your credit card to 'hold' until their service person comes... Too late did I not realize that for a service industry this is a big red flag. Prior to coming they knew all the facts and they are there to fix a leaky pipes, however apparently they can't do it in a wet enviroment. The plummer was there for less than minute and left knowing that this company will change you a high travel fee equal to their hourly rate of $130. Too late did I not notice the many one star reviews of this company here on Yelp. Here is mine. I strongly take your business elsewhere.

I have used Jim's Plumbing for my lawn irrigation system for a number of years across three different houses. They have always been prompt, performed the work as I asked (no more), and charged me reasonably for the time and effort. Often, when responding to a particular issue, the repair person has pointed out something else wrong, but always left the choice up to me as to repair it. I recommend them highly.

I called Jim's Plumbing I Irrigation on the morning my toliet backed up into my shower. My normal company could not get anyone there that same day. When I called Jim's, they came within the hour. Their charge was reasonable and they showed me how to deal with this myself the next time it happens. What a wonderful experience even as a result of a plumbing """"emergency""""! - - - Nice gal on the phone, nice plumber, great experience!! Even better -- reasonable pricing!!
