have used them in the past and have had good service. However, I called and asked for a small non emergency job to be done and I was told someone would call before they came out the next day. I waited all day and no phone call. I called them again the next day and was told he had an emergency. Okay, I understand these things happen. Not a big deal. Once again was told they would be out and would call. Again, no phone call. The phone call finally came a ful two weeks to the day after I had originally called them. By then, I had hired a different plumber to do the job.

The last experience with Jim's has not been good. I went into their office at the end of May, maybe the very beginning of June, to schedule a job. I told the ladies in the office I didn't need the work done that day but within the next 2-3 weeks. The 3 weeks came and went. I called and spoke with the company again and I was told they were busy but they had not forgotten about me and that someone would be out by the end of the week Friday. I am pretty sure I even called in a 2nd time (3 point of contact on my end). It is now Nov 1 st and they have never came out. My 1st experience was really good with this company but not this time. I am a patient person but six months out and nothing when it was supposed to be about 3 weeks. The work they have done for me was good but I am not wasting anymore time waiting because winter is approaching.

Called to see if they could hook up a tankless water heater so it was covered under the warranty and they had somebody out to my house within 30 minutes! It was a small job and they were happy to do it and were very nice on the phone and in person. I'll be calling again with any plumbing needs.
