I had an issue with an object being stuck in the pipes from my tenants. I called Jim off a recommendation from next door. His wife does the scheduling and he does the labor. They are both extremely nice and helpful.

Jim was great! He told me exactly what was wrong, my different options, how much each option would cost and the lifespan of each option. He was able to take care of my problem quickly and efficiently. 10/10 will definitely work with him again

The guy is always bug eyed and had a white powder substance all over his nose.
His wife wasn't much help because she doesn't know how to spell or text.
Aggravating service. Not worth it. Find actual Professional people who are up to date with plumbing... He still thinks it's the late 70s.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. Charged me $300 for a job that I had to have another plumber redo. I could not even return the $100 part he used because he broke it. Stay away from these people!

Jim was accurate on how to tackle the job; received our $500 down payment; but then due to his health issues, he delayed starting the work for weeks. When he finally did come, we paid the balance in full for the finished job; only to determine 15 minutes later that it was leaking. There were new excuses why he couldn't return promptly ie ...his truck broke down. Approximately two weeks later, he 'made good' on most of the repair work with the promise to finish the balance following day. Despite our numerous calls, he never returned to the site to complete his work; which left us having to find and expense another plumber to complete his job. Jim knows plumbing well; but in hindsight, I'd skip the 50% down payment; and instead make payment 'in full' upon complete satisfaction of finished work.

I noticed on another review below dated 8/2017 they state that Jim's mother was ill? I was told by Debbie on Dec 21 2016 that Jim's mother passed away. See below. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. BTW I've never received by money back. So, not sure about the part of you writing you are not crooks.

We needed a plumber, it was Easter weekend and wasn't sure we would be able to get a plumber at such short notice. I called Jim early Saturday morning, made awn appointment for the next morning. Jim got to our house at 9:00 and fixed our plumbing issue in no timed flat. He was accurate, and affordable. Jayde and Derrick
