Do not call Jimmy because it will cost you. It was a Saturday so we anticipated a small premium. $693.00 to open the lids in the septic tank, stirred it around to unclog the supply line, ""cleaned out the filter"", and closed it up. In and out in 45 min. Asked about the bill and was told it's a weekend ""emergency"" (which it was not and the website says they are ""24 hours."") The ""emergency"" was an additional $100. Not a problem with that, but what was the other $593? Didn't use any parts or material other than a shovel and a bit of sweat I suppose to clear the 4 inches of topsoil to access the lids. I'm in the wrong business.

Called Jimmy twice and he lied to me both times about when he would come out. He never called back to let me know that he wasn't going to make it so I waited at home for nothing. How can you do business with someone who's proven that you can't trust him. I will find another service that needs the work and has some integrity.

Contacted them about replacing a water heater. They replace them but sadly don't service Holly Ridge. However, the lady was kind enough to answer all my questions and spent 10 minutes giving me info. Also referred us to Bucek Plumbing who does service our area. Impressed with the time she spent helping me even after she knew they wouldn't be getting our business. Her husband does all the work himself. Seem like good honest people.

This business is the prime example of limited business in Jacksonville/Swansboro area. This gentleman TRIED to charge me $214.00 for a clogged shower combo drain. I didn't even pay that much in southern California for a clogged drain. I understand a small business trying to make money but this is robbery at its finest. The price of this service motivated me to get up and look into fixing my own drains using the FREE art of YouTube. I got the hair out after a 30 minute video. Thanks but no thanks!

Jimmy came in a hurry to save the day! He fixed a shower leak in the wall, the RIGHT WAY, with taking no shortcuts. Affordable, knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Highly recommended in the Jacksonville, Swansboro, & Wilmington areas.

So we were having a problem with our house's septic system on a Sunday and we were scared that no one would be able to get to us until the next day. We called around and Jimmy's answered. They told us that they'd be out later that day and from our description of the problem it would run around $430. When Jimmy (yes, THE Jimmy) arrived he assessed the situation and told me that the problem would actually cost $214 and that he would take payments. After cleaning out the main pipes, we gave him $60 and a promise to make payments, and he shook my hand and left. These folks are real straight shooters, honest, kind, and professional! I'll never use another sewage service other than Jimmy's again!

Best service around if you ask me.! We had an overflow and he was here the same day and within the hour to come and drain and figure out the problem... he is honest, fair and reasonable cost and most importantly didn't try to add on other services that weren' needed. A company or personal business that is honest is hard to find these days... we strongly recommend him if you want an honest, quick response and reasonable cost for services!!!!!
