Coming from the shower. Called Jimmys on Friday and was able to get an appointment that Monday. Very quick and professional, and they certainly know what they are doing. Price was very reasonable as well - will call them back in a year for a preventative cleaning.

Extremely professional, proficient and personable! George the owner of Jimmy's Coil Cleaning has been helping me for years, I have extremely hard water and at least two times a year I need to call to have my coils cleaned. He has always responded quickly when ever I call and does an amazing job. What I love most about this gentleman is my husband is paralyzed and every time George comes to my home he takes the time to come in and spend time with Dave no mater how busy he is. Great service! I called for service. I was given a price, well 2 prices. One if it needed valves and one if it didn't. They guy came out exactly when he said he would. He serviced my furnace and the charge was exactly as quoted. I highly recommend Jimmy's Coil Cleaning and George, the person who came to my house.

I have needed a cleaning on my coils the past few weeks and I finally gave into my nagging wife complaining about there not being enough hot water. I called on a Saturday and left my contact information. I received a call back within a half hour and I was able to schedule a 2 hour window for the upcoming Monday which happened to be Presidents day.

I asked about the cost of the cleaning and was given 2 prices over the phone. The first price is the cost if the valves are in place to do the cleaning. The other was the cost if he needed to install the valves. Both of which I felt were very reasonable since I called several other companies and the cost was still cheaper than the one I have been using for many years. The valves were in place and the cost was the lower making this a very good day.

The guys called when they were on the way to my house and were there as promised. They were very professional and clean. Nothing was left at my house for me to get rid of and I have just made an appointment for another property I own for a cleaning. I look forward to using Jimmy's for my future cleaning and recommend them to anyone who has similar needs.(Not to mention I do not have to hear my wife complain when she is in the shower)
