Jimmy is the man! He solved a chronic problem with our master bath sinks that the builder couldn't. He came when he said he would and explained what he did along the way. I felt like he was trying to show us what the best possible solution was at all times. Jimmy was quick, efficient, and thorough. And on top of that he wore PPE without us even asking him to do it.

I would 100% recommend their service. There isn't a better plumber in the area, in my opinion.

These guys are the best! So is Marci. My kitchen sink and dishwasher were backed up and they were booked up, but made it a priority to come and take care of my problem in less than 24 hours of me reaching out to them. They are affordable and also just the nicest people. This is my second time using these guys and I will absolutely use them again if I have any other issues. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Jim is honest and fantastic to work with. He came out as scheduled to scope my sanitary sewer service line.

I bought my home on short sale and had some maintenance and repair issues. Another company told me I had tree roots in my sanitary sewer service line. They told me I should get it cleaned out with a 4-in blade at least twice a year. They charged me a lot of money to do so.

Jim was able to video scope the line and give me an honest assessment about the condition of the line. It was just recently replaced and it was in good condition. No tree roots, some cobwebs. He even scoped back towards the house and was able to give me an assessment on the condition of the pipes.

Very professional, fast, efficient, and honest. Couldn't ask for more from a plumber. Five stars all the way.

I have used Jimmy Rooter many times over the years. Everything always goes smoothly, from your call to Marcy, to Jimmy Sr. or Jimmy Jr. showing up on time. They have cleared my sewer line of tree roots multiple times, and helped me find a reasonable sewer line replacement company when the line was beyond repair. They have cleared basement floor drains, changed out faucets and fixed my toilet. During the most recent visit, Jimmy Jr. left to run to a supply store to see if he could find a part to fix my classic art-deco faucets (from 1938). I was hoping I would not have to replace them. He found the part and fixed the faucet. They are so reliable and affordable. I will never use another plumber. You will not be disappointed.
