These guys are the BEST!!! They arrived on schedule, had to run out for parts because the problem was bigger than expected, fixed it all with an extremely reasonable bill. On top of that the guys are personable and explained everything they did. I will never call anyone else!!!!

Excellent Service with reasonable prices!!! I dont think I'll ever try to fix something on my own. I had a bad Gas valve on my water heater that wasn't able to keep the flame up. Jim showed up and got it replaced in 15min even without draining the tank. What a professionalism!!! I'm glad to find these Guys. I'll definitely work with Jimmy Rooter again once I decide to renew my water heater next year or so. Thank you for your awesome service.

Jimmy Rooter is awesome! So here's the story. I had a pipe that was leaking in my crawl space. After putting my google skills to the test I thought that it was backed up. I called Jimmy and made an appointment to have Jimmy come out. Marci made the appointment and was SUPER nice! She made my appointment and sent out Jimmy. When Jimmy arrived he was unaware that the pipe was in the crawl space. i probably forgot to mention that. He goes in and realizes that the pipe is actually cracked and not backed up (thanks a lot Google). He then quoted me a great price to get the pipe fixed. While there he mentioned that he could re install the pipe so that if there ever was a backup I could access the pipe from the bathroom and not the outside or the crawl space (saving me lots of money in the future should I ever have an issue). He didn't even charge me for that. Oh and did I mention that I was having my 2 year old's birthday party that day? Jimmy called me before he went out and reassured me that he would be done in an hour and that we could use water as soon as he changed the pie. YES!!! All in all visits from the plumber are met with the same enthusiasm as a dentist visit but Jimmy made it a painless experience (see what I did there). I would highly recommend him. He will be my go to guy that I hope to never have to call again. YOU THE MAN JIMMY!!!

Wow. Wow. Wow. That's all I can say. Even though he hurt his back the day before, he still came out to help us during our first emergency.

As someone who needed a plumber here TWICE in the last 3 weeks, I recommend Jimmy Rooter. He was fast and cost effective. $85 for first visit. $80 for second, including $5 pipe fitting. 5 stars on Yelp for a reason. And the work was not insignificant, either!

1st time he cleared two tree root segments from the pipes 75 and 80 FEET out from the house and 2nd time was for ....grease buildup (we thought we did everything right but not enough. Although he did cut us slack bc of the age of the home. He was being nice!) If you use him, let him know that the house with the funky dishwasher connection (he took a photo) says ""Hello!""

I had a drain clog thanksgiving day. I tried to snake it the following day but couldn't go deep enough with my tiny snake. Jimmy and his son came out the following day and within 15 minutes had my drain clear and my sink put back together. I was expecting a bill of over $100, but when they were done I was pleasantly surprised. Under $100 for any plumbing service is a great deal. Thanks, Jimmy. Much appreciated. You are my plumber.

I called at 4:00 p.m. on a weekday afternoon with an emergency. My basement floor drain and shower drain nearby were severely backing up due to roots from mature trees. Jimmy Rootor had someone out within 2 hours; even though it was last minute, in Arvada, and approaching the end of the day. The receptionist was very nice and accommodating. The job was well done and the price more than fair, (they kept the original quoted price from over the phone!). Excellent customer service and job performance. Highly recommend!
