Wow! Incredible service! I called Jimmy Rooter after waiting too long for a sewer cleanout. My sewer drain makes a couple difficult curves and is over 80 feet from the city tap. When I had the house inspected in 2012, the inspector only had a 50-foot camera, so I couldn't see thick root balls at 75 feet. I hired Drain Genius a couple times; he never bothered to run a camera (that costs extra), nor did he get his snake all the way to the street, but he had no trouble concluding that I needed a new sewer drain ($5-10K). Jimmy came by the house and ran a camera all the way to the city tap. After rooting my line SIX TIMES, Jimmy was able to clear the line all the way to the city tap. He initially thought that the blockage at 75 ft wasn't solvable, but with persistence, he was able to clear the entire line all the way to the street and keep me from (hopefully) having to replace my line for 10 years or more. He stayed until 9 pm on a Friday night, saying he ""just didn't feel good about leaving us with that blockage."" His charge was very reasonable, given his huge effort. I'm eternally grateful.

JImmy Rooter is great. I had an extremely loud pipe knocking issue and Jimmy replaced the PRV valve on the main water line coming into the house. The job was perfect. Jimmy was professional, clean, on time and very reasonable. I would highly recommend Jimmy Rooter and they will be the first one I call for future plumbing issues.

Jimmy stopped by and removed blockage from the drains in our house today. We were constantly experiencing an overflow in the kitchen sink whenever we washed clothes in the basement. He was very professional, took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and was in and out in about 45 minutes.

The overflow is no longer occurring after his visit. We are very happy with the results and his very reasonable pricing!

What wonderful service! Jimmy went through and fixed our toilet, evaluated our water heater and fixed an exterior drain issue at our house. Provided wealth of information and was honest with his suggestions of what we should consider long term, could have easily steered me into more expensive repairs but didn't. Ethical, professional and very reasonably priced! While the wait to get in was a little long, it is well worth the wait.

Great work! Fast effective and not too expensive. My sink drain has been clogged for weeks. I tried everything I could to take care of it myself and had no luck. I found these guys on Yelp and gave them a call. They got back to me a day later and set the appointment for the following Monday. I did set the appointment for between 10:00am and 11:00am. When he didn't arrive by 10:30, I called and left a message. He finally arrived a little after 11:00, but I didn't mind because I understand how things can get behind. He checked out my pipes to make sure he was going after the right thing before going to work. He cleared everything and took a little extra time to help clean out the black water that had built up in the dishwasher. So it's clear he is not into rushing a job just to keep his next appointment. I appreciate it greatly. He also gave me some advice on how to improve the drain system. He packed up and charged me $85, on the credit card just like I was quoted over the phone. He was friendly and talkative too. Thanks for all you do.
