Jimmy Joe and his team have been excellent to work with. Unfortunately, we have needed their services recently at two different locations. They were prompt in replying to calls to set up appointments and very responsive to a recent urgent situation. They let us know when they were on their way and always arrived on time. In every situation, they have done a great job at explaining the issue and have been quick to respond even when the first suspected fix did not fully resolve the problem. And, their costs have always seemed reasonable and fair. They are now my ""go to"" plumber that I will always call in the future and that I will readily recommend to other who are looking for a good plumber!

After looking and talking to a good number of plumbers I finally found Jimmy Joe per high recommendations from Ahwatukee 411 forum. I needed to have the entire plumbing configured and a bigger disposal unit installed after I replaced a single drain under-mount kitchen sink with a double drain. Jimmy Joe re-configured the drain lines, installed new faucets and disposal and reattached the R/O unit, and some other minor work.

The only issue I encountered was that we had a flooding in the kitchen during that night which caused some minor damage to baseboards, due to what it seemed to be couple defective parts connecting the R/O unit. I called Jimmy Joe and he came first thing the next day and replaced all those parts with more secure parts at no cost. Overall satisfied with the work.

She took my information and some details about my plumbing issue and said they had availability the next day to come out and take a look. I got a confirmation text from them after my appointment was booked as well as a notification when Jimmy Joe was on his way Tommy property. He was able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently and sent me an invoice right away. I appreciated his professionalism and the ease of scheduling and the text reminders. I will continue to use Jimmy Joe for all my plumbing needs and would recommend him to anyone.

The first time he put in my new faucets, everything went well. Five months later I had granite counter tops installed and needed JimmyJoe to come out and install the faucets again. I had out of town guests arriving and so it was important to get this done on time. I scheduled, he was suppose to come at 1:30, by three I called him. He apologized, explained really busy that day but would come late afternoon, evening for sure. He called around five asking what parts I might need, was still coming. Finally at 7:00 I called him. Apologized again, I asked if he could do it first thing in the morning. Said he would check his schedule and call me right back. He called right back, was grateful and promised to be here at 6-6:30 in the morning. Finally at 9:00 I called him. Of course this time he wouldn't even answer the phone.
