Needed more than just a toilet swap - work needed to be done to the sewer line to bring it up to the floor. Jimmy Joe showed up, told us he understood what needed to be done, and quickly came back with an estimate. We agreed to the work and he got started within 24hrs and communicated the entire time as to the status. Even gave us a day in the middle to lay the flooring. Very happy with the work and it is done. We would definitely recommend his company - they get it done!

I'm allowing two stars for the quick response and good communication from the scheduler. But, I feel I was ripped-off. I had a water leak under my park model home. It was only a few feet from the crawl space entry. The guy they sent took a look and said it was a bad elbow on a pipe that was capped off. He said he could cut it to remove the elbow joint and re-cap it. Then he said it would cost $265!
I asked him why it was so much and what the hourly rate was. He said it wasn't an hourly rate - just what the job costs because he has to go into the crawl space and work in the dirt. He said ""You don't want to go under there and do that, so this what you'll have to pay me to do it.""
Twenty minutes later I heard him closing off the crawl space entry point. I went outside and found him standing, out of sight behind his truck, talking on his cell phone. He said he would give me a break and ""only"" charge $205 for the work. He was here for less than 30 minutes!

When Tony, from Jimmy Joe's Plumbing arrived to install a new kitchen faucet and check out a few other things yesterday, I felt a positive vibe. His assessment of my situation was honest, clear, and forthright; he ended up saving me money since several things didn't need to be fixed at this time.
As soon as I made the appointment, and prior to Tony's arrival, I received texts to confirm details of my request and when he was due to arrive. I would advise anyone who uses Jimmy Joe's Plumbing in Mesa, AZ to get an estimate prior to use. We had a broken pipe and it was fixed with 2 rubber pieces in less than an hour for over $500. This was way out of line with the time spent. Invoice was emailed and gives total only. Very disappointed in the charge.

Jimmy Joe was fantastic! My landscaper pointed out a leak on the side of the house the day before I was scheduled to leave for an extended trip. Jimmy Joe was at my property the next morning to fix the problem before I took off. He also gave me some recommendations on other plumbing questions I had. Jimmy Joe and his team have been excellent to work with. Unfortunately, we have needed their services recently at two different locations. They were prompt in replying to calls to set up appointments and very responsive to a recent urgent situation. They let us know when they were on their way and always arrived on time. In every situation, they have done a great job at explaining the issue and have been quick to respond even when the first suspected fix did not fully resolve the problem. And, their costs have always seemed reasonable and fair. They are now my ""go to"" plumber that I will always call in the future and that I will readily recommend to other who are looking for a good plumber!
