My air conditioner broke in the awful DC summer weather. Jimmy Gusky came to the rescue. This is the not the first time we have called on Jimmy Gusky, and each time his company has been responsive, honest and competent. Highly recommended.

Prompt, reliable service at a reasonable price. Jimmy Gusky takes care of his customers. He goes the extra mile to ensure his customers obtain quality services at rates, from my experience lower than is competitiors. My most recent experience required servicing of a hot water heater that I had purchased from Jimmy Gusky the previous year. Even though it was slightly past the one year warranty period, Jimmy did not charge me for the repair. This is how you know you are working with a reputable company. I highly recommend you use them for all your plumbing, heating and HVAC needs.

We had water on the flow in the basement near the AC unit. I was able to track it to the HVAC waters collection tray. The install person faced the pipes together but damaged the female treads it was to pull into and left it. Flash forward a few months and there is a starter on the floor. The on-list repair may ask who installed this (Jimmy Gusky).

Took 15 min to fix and as far as I can tell, his fix is working, looking like no water from the AC on the floor. (So improvement). There is a building near the floor train I have to track down (Maybe water heater, but it is rather new so no likely the causation variable... Just need to dig is a track where the flow of water is coming from,

Our home warranty company assigned us to Jimmy Gusky Heating & Air to fix a plumbing issue. I received a call AFTER our appointment time and was told that he needed to call the warranty company first before ""wasting time to come look at the issue."" I already paid a service fee and waited all day for them to show up, but they never did. Completely unprofessional. Would not recommend.

My home warranty assigned me this incompetent and unreliable hack. He has my water heater repair case for the past month and nothing has been fixed or replaced. It took him 3 weeks to come out and realize that he can't fix my water heater.
Never answers the phone and when he does, he will to lie to your face that he'll call you back. Avoid this deadbeat at all costs.

We had a persistent problem in a new bathroom that the hot water would not get add hot as it should, no matter what we did. Gusky did a thorough evaluation of all the new plumbing put in by the contractor and discovered that the mixing valve for the tub was defective and did not have check valves to prevent mixing of hot and cold. We had him remove the mixing valve (unnecessary since we could mix with the faucets) and that totally resolved the problem. I was totally impressed with their skill and thoroughness that resolved a persistent problem that no one else could fix.
