Our home warranty company assigned us to Jimmy Gusky Heating & Air to fix a plumbing issue. I received a call AFTER our appointment time and was told that he needed to call the warranty company first before ""wasting time to come look at the issue."" I already paid a service fee and waited all day for them to show up, but they never did. Completely unprofessional. Would not recommend.

My home warranty assigned me this incompetent and unreliable hack. He has my water heater repair case for the past month and nothing has been fixed or replaced. It took him 3 weeks to come out and realize that he can't fix my water heater.
Never answers the phone and when he does, he will to lie to your face that he'll call you back. Avoid this deadbeat at all costs.

We had a persistent problem in a new bathroom that the hot water would not get add hot as it should, no matter what we did. Gusky did a thorough evaluation of all the new plumbing put in by the contractor and discovered that the mixing valve for the tub was defective and did not have check valves to prevent mixing of hot and cold. We had him remove the mixing valve (unnecessary since we could mix with the faucets) and that totally resolved the problem. I was totally impressed with their skill and thoroughness that resolved a persistent problem that no one else could fix.

Had a water leak from my 4 year old water heater. Called Jimmy after reading Yelp reviews. Jimmy responded right away and asked me to send specific information via photos and text. Gave me instructions to shut the heater down and scheduled a time for his crew.

John the plumber and his helped arrived mid morning and spent most of the day to remove and replace my water heater that was still under warranty, They did a great job and got me up and running the day before the christmas holiday.

John the plumber was great. The work was done on time and at a reasonable cost (compared to other quotes).

Just used JImmy Gusky's company on 7/27/17 for an emergency with a broken toilet fixture that caused water to overflow from the tank onto the bathroom floor. Jimmy returned my call on the same day I phoned, was super helpful and scheduled a plumber to come out the following afternoon(YEA!). On the appointment day, I was really happy when James the Plumber & his assistant arrived shortly after 12:00 noon. James explained the type of fix needed (replacing the ball cock & flapper), provided a reasonable quote for the parts & labor (plus a discount for being an Angie's List member). They were so nice to work with and completed the job with no mess & no fuss. The toilet now works like new. Thank you so much, Guys for making this such a totally painless experience. I should always be so lucky!

Our kitchen sink backed up on Thanksgiving after dinner. Drano and snaking did absolutely nothing. We called several plumbers the next day. Jimmy responded within minutes of our call, and James was at our house within 90 minutes of our call.

James methodically eliminated points of blockage, and quickly identified the problem further down the line, where our sink pipes tied into our main drainage pipe. The problem was fixed in well under an hour! Very responsive, fast resolution.
