i've relied on Jimmy B Quick for many years. When Mike and his dad, Jim, show up, you can count on getting excellent service at an affordable price. They are competent, honest, reliable, friendly, and all-round fine people.
They are amazingly fast at their work. But recently, when I had a more complicated problem -- a kitchen drain with a clog deep inside and almost out of reach -- they took the time to diagnose it properly and use the right equipment to fix it.
I'm grateful for this great family-run business and highly recommend it. This team understands the true meaning of service.

Called about a leak in our tub, one which two other plumbers had already ""fixed"" in the past two months. They were quick to respond, flexible enough to work with our schedule, and efficient in taking care of the job. Left a message on a Wednesday about getting a toilet installed. I was called right back with a quote which included the recommendation I purchase the toilet myself because of the 10% discount I get at Lowe's and Home Depot as a Marine Corps retiree.

Bought the toilet on Thursday. The owner and son installed it Friday afternoon [faster than I would have thought possible having done a few myself].

Unbelievably kind and courteous. Absolute joy to talk to as they went about their business.

Left the bathroom cleaner than they found it.

We had a three-week ordeal waiting on Kephart plumbing. Somebody suggested Jimmy B Quick so we called. They squeezed us in, replace the valve handle and something else inside and cleaned a wad of hair out of the drain. The total price was $118. They are quick and they are very reasonable. These guys totally rock! They are friendly, professional and very efficient. We recently thought we needed a new garbage disposal and had already purchased one for installation. They told us that we just needed the drain cleaned and to return the disposal. Super honest. I highly recommend them.

They're quick and honest. They came over to fix my bathroom drain. They came on time and charged as quoted, which I feel is a pretty standard plumbing rate. The next day my kitchen sink had a totally unrelated issue and they came back to fix it. When he was done, he told me it was just a little nut that needed to be tightened and he didn't charge me. He could have told me anything and done anything, since there had been a flood of water under my sink and I would have believed him. But he was honest with me and that's something to appreciate. These guys can sleep well at night knowing they provide a good and honest service and I can feel good about knowing if I need them, I can call them again. Thanks jimmy b quick!

Once again we were saved by Jimmy B Quick Plumbing! We were expecting dinner guests at 5:30pm for drinks and then dinner. At 4:00 our kitchen sink backed up. We phoned Jimmy to set up something for the next day and he said he could be at our house in 1/2 hour. He and one of his crew were there and managed to clear the sink before our guests got there. I say, ""managed"" because the problem was bigger than we thought and they still were able to fix it. They work fast, give good advice, are reasonable and, best of all, know what they are doing! Of course we still recommend this company.
