OMG this is the obsolete best company. I called a different plumber and left a message then I remembered these guys and called them also. They were out in 45 minutes fixed 3 problems were finished in 30 minutes for $65. This is a family business and they keep the family name good.

I contacted Jimmy B Quick through a recommendation from my father in law. Mike returned my call and I set up for him to clean the sewer line at a rental house in Coronado. Mike arrived quickly and cleared the drain however the tenant called me right after very upset. She said he left all of the cleared roots from the sewer drain in her bathroom trash can and didn't clean up the splatter. When I called Jimmy and requested he call me back, he did but he left me a voicemail stating that yes te plumber left the roots in the bathroom because he didn't know where else to put them and that the tenants didn't have any soap or cleaning supplies so Mile used their shampoo to try to clean up. I find this all completely unacceptable! I do not expect the sewer ridden roots to be left for the tenant to clean up and the plumber should come with cleaning supplies to clean up the mess from clearing the drain. Jimmy did not offer an apology but just said they would try better next time. I will not recommend this service to anyone else.
