I called jimmi the plumber when I had a frozen pipe. I was told that they couldn't make it out that day but they would definitely be there the next day. They never showed up. I called several times to ask what was going on and they didn't even bother returning your call. Days later I had to call another plumber.

The worst experience I've ever had with a plumber. He installed a new pump and pressure tank for our well in 2016 and we spent a FORTUNE. When he was at our house he bragged about how much money he made a year - from ripping everyone off! He also bad mouthed other plumbers in the area. Here we are now, less than a year later and our well stopped working and now he will not answer our calls. We called their ""emergency line"" which is basically his secretary's cell phone. She was in a check out line of a store when I called - I could hear the beeps from the scanner. She was useless. She assured me that Jimmy would be at the house but he never showed. He later texted me and said that he would be at our house at 9am the next day. Again, he never showed and never called and did not pick up any of our calls or answer any of our texts. The pump and the pressure tank have warranties along with the work but what good is it if the company never returns your calls? I've seen very similar reviews here on Yelp - people who have experienced the same thing as we did - down to the ""I'll be there at 9 am"" bit. I would give negative stars if I could. We had no running water for 2 days. He left kids and a pregnant woman without water with no care in the world. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. HE WILL OVER CHARGE YOU FOR THE WORK AND WILL NOT COME BACK IF YOU NEED REPAIR. HE WILL NOT HONOR YOUR WARRANTY - THIS IS BASED OFF OF MY EXPERIENCE. I AM NOT SURE HOW HE IS EVEN IN BUSINESS. HOPEFULLY I CAN SAVE SOMEONE THE HEADACHE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT.
NOW WE HAVE TO PAY EVEN MORE MONEY TO HAVE SOMEONE FIX HIS CRAPPY WORK.

UPDATE 4/7/17: Received a call from Jimmi's assistant a few days later and she stated that she did not know that Jimmi did not show up to the job - even after a dozen messages and text messages. And she mentioned that he hurt himself on the job. That's funny because if you read one of the previous reviews, that same excuse was used. When I initially contacted him and he wasn't returning my calls I asked if he was ok and if everything was good - no response. IMO, if you got hurt on the job couldn't you at least send a text or have your assistant notify the customer? If they did that I would have accepted that - but no they just continued to ignore us. READ ALL OF THE REVIEWS on this guy and you'll get the same story and impression. No one is making this stuff up. The theme seems to be ""no show and no call"". NO care for customer. Worst business on earth.

Sort the reviews by most recent/newest and you'll see 2 bad reviews on the same day - 4/2/17. You really gotta suck to get 2 bad reviews on the same day - must be a Yelp record.

Also, if you notice, all of the good reviews have one thing in common - an emergency issue. jimmy will respond to those because he knows they will pay up due to it being an emergency or crisis - he takes advantage of that. Stay away from this crook.

Called Friday to make an appt. Scheduled for Saturday after discussion with woman on the phone. No show, no call. EXTREMELY unprofessional IMO. Wasted a window of opportunity for me that makes things more difficult.

Worst plumber in industry. Customer service is horrible. Took my money up front and did not come back to finish the project. He is not even returning my call. Hope this place shuts down fast as they are incompetent.

Horrible experience. Stay far away from this guy!!!Jimmy came by to fix a couple of things including our well pressure switch. Job took many days. Was late to the house multiple times, no showed one day. One day they only did outside work and left us without running water overnight without a heads up. We called to ask why we had no water...Emergency service? Yeah, right. Good luck getting a call back. His guys left a bunch of garbage in our yard (wires, wire caps, broken gasket rings, plastic boot covers, tons of cigarette butts!). And they put advertising stickers all over our laundry room (on fire sprinkler tank, water heater, sump pump, ejector pump) without asking, even on things they didn't work on! Also turns out he is clueless in regards to well work. Didn't know how to hook our pump to the new switch so he said we needed a new pump with different wiring. We needlessly replaced our pump and turns out he installed an inappropriate pressure switch for our tank size so our tank bladder burst. Now we have to replace the pressure switch AND the tank also. Avoid this crook!

This is the same guy who has Fair Shake Plumbing. But he is shady and has to work under two company names. AVOID. He's gotten a lot of my business since 2012. But in 2015 he came twice to fix a tub leak..it still leaks. I had water standing in my sink last week and called almost a week ago...no call back. Also once he never showed cause he said his truck was stolen. AVOID.

Scheduled an appointment to check out our sump pumps after our basement flooded. They were a no show. No calls, nothing. I tried to call but was unable to leave a VM b/c their answering service is incompetent. Needless to say I'm taking my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.

hard to review someone that didn't actually perform the work a contract was signed for. However, after rescheduling 3 times, we were pretty much done with trying to get him to fix our sump pump issues. Initial consultation was nice enough and came the same we called, but follow through is disastrous.
