This is a 1 star rating for the company Jimenez Plumbing Llc because on May 16, 2024, a person by the name of Feliz went to my 80 year old mother's house to do some easy plumbing job in the backyard and they charged $600.00 without a receipt. I search on other company and the job was for half the price with the most high ranking prices. Unfortunately I did not know until the job was done. I didn't have an option, but to pay. Letting them know that I was strongly dissatisfied because I had searched the prices. I told them that I would write a review about what happened and let the people judge. Next, they tried to give me the money back, but I wanted to pay due to the job being done. I will be adding photos for people to judge if not truly costs $600.00

Garbage disposal broke and leaked in kitchen Saturday night. Called Jimenez MONDAY MORNING and they came out just after 2pm THE SAME AFTERNOON!! They were here about 30 minutes, cleaned up after themselves and were very polite and professional. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I just moved into a new home build and after 3 people failed to show to scheduled appointments, Jimenez Plumbing LLC was on time, polite, and after giving me a higher than expected cost to install my washer and dryer, they offered to reduce their fee a little to help decrease the sting just slightly. After waiting a week to be able to finally wash clothes again, I never had such an amazing feeling about such a tedious daily routine! I highly recommend Jimenez Plumbing LLC!! It was my 3rd facebook post asking for desperate help and one licensed and bonded plumber was recommended! I took my chances, but so glad I did. If you need plumbing services, Jimenez Plumbing LLC is definitely your man! You won't be disappointed.... In fact you will be doing the ""happy dance!""

We had a plumbing issue and I reached out on facebook looking for a plumber. Several people mentioned Jimenez plumbing. I contacted Jimenez plumbing to come out and they were here the same day! Fixed the issue and as well as a separate plumbing issue we had. Would definitely use again and I highly recommend them!!

Everything of course happens on a Friday!!! Now mind you this is not just a regular Friday, but it was ""Good Friday"" so my expectation on calling a plumber, let alone, having someone come out the same day is just absolutely unheard of right??? Wrong!!! Jimenez Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their response time is phenomenal!!! I noticed a leak in my front yard on my way to work and called Jimenez Plumbing. I had never heard of them but noticed they had GREAT ratings! When I called I was greeted with a very polite, professional person on the other end of the phone named Sandra. Right away she told me she would have someone out in a couple of hours. Low and behold she sure did!!! Not only did Eugenio (the owner himself) and Felix show up but they fixed my leak and also did a little extra project for me while out there too. Their price is reasonable too!!! I will be recommending them to family & friends if anyone ever has plumbing issues!!! Thank you Sandra, Eugenio & Felix. I appreciate you all! Happy Easter!!!

I have had issues with my plumbing such as when I took a shower septic would bubble up in my toilet. I tried to contact other plumbers but wouldn't even get a call back.
I called Jimenez and the lady said she would contact her husband and would get back to me in 5 minutes. She did call back in 5 minutes and said he would be here in an hour.
He arrived promptly with a helper and started to work. After 2 hours of snaking and digging the problem was found. Seems like the sewer line was cut and a poor repair was made by Southwest Gas allowing roots to grow into the sewer line. So all is well and would recommend them.

Requested a quote today, he texted me to confirm everything and was out to my place earlier than quoted by about 25 minutes. Response was quick and he knew what the problem was right away. Had to get a certain type of pipe/valve connecter and was very prompt. Explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a price up front. Very thankful for the quick service and he was also very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and call again if I need further services. Thank you!!
