Great communication! I assume when people are busy working for a customer they can't just grab the phone. I have used him many times and as a repeat customer I have to say he shows up in a timely manner, does it right, doesn't use cheap parts or cut corners, no nonsense, and the price is always reasonable. A+++

No comunication, he was here over a week ago for a leaking faucet. Did hear from him for almost a week after the initial visit. Faucet still leaking. HE DIDN'T EVEN INSTALL SHUT OFFS!!! Called someone else.
