Be careful. $460 for a clogged kitchen sink, as they could not figure it out and it was ""quitting time"" so they had to come back the next day. All with an hourly rate.

I had a sink in the kitchen there was clogging up could not figure out what was going on called up Jim trumbly. he made it a point to get to my home with in 2hrs to figured out the problem and thay repaired it. excellent service cleaned up afterwards. This company received $7,500 to install a new furnace, hot water heater and outside AC unit. They excavated my dirt basement, and destroyed my home. It took them 4 days and they left my front door wide open the whole time. They were on the condo's room without permission from the condo association and endangered those in adjacent condos.

I had a tankless hot water heater that was leaking....It was under warranty so i had to find someone who would be willing to work with me and the manufacture. I went to two local Nashua plumbers who were not helpful....expensive... i called Jim Trombly on the recommendation of a ton of folks who work in Manchester. The team at Trombly were great. Said.. we charge an hourly rate... no need to come out if what I described was what was needed. They were clean, honest and very economical. They are old school good local customer focused plumbing and heating company... The best part is i am in the book as a customer and feel they will respond in the future.....I can not say enough about how great the experience was... (this is a service i got 2 months ago..)

I had them go to a property of mine to snake a backed up sewer line. They never cleared it properly. It was backed up the next day. I called them back and waited for an hour to get through to someone. They said, they can't ""guarantee it"". So I rented a snake from Home Depot, $65, and did it myself. It took me an hour to do, with help from my brother.
