Work was done in my bathroom to replace the flange under my toilet. We were told that additional work ($$$) was needed to replace the metal pipe behind the toilet. Part of the pipe was replaced but instead of correctly replacing another piece they simple pull down our Plumbing Vent which in turn caused the boot on the roof to sink in. Because of this action, the boot now leaks, IN TO OUR KITCHEN!! They wanted to charge us more to fix the problem they created!

As an owner of a 90+ year old home with three baths, and older fixtures everywhere, some of our plumbing needs are not simple. Every time we have called Jim for a difficult job, he has done the job right, even when it takes a little creative thinking about how to preserve an old fixture.
