In the rain, snow and sun, Stephen saved the day!!

After my bathroom flooded, I called Jim and Sons for help. Within hours Stephen and his guys came to assess the issue. Stephen is so knowledgeable that he knew immediately what the issue could be. After using his experience and tools, he confirmed that unfortunately my old sewer line was blocked with roots. He gave me the options straight up, the pros and cons of each and let me decide what would be the best course of action for our family. He was able to get me on the schedule the next day. After digging up the line, he discovered another big issue- my main water line riddled with old crusty pipes and was leaking a bunch. One nightmare issue tuned into two. He quickly worked to fix the sewer issue and then in the SNOW worked quickly to get the water link fixed (Yes snow! The one time it snows in Riverside of course he is outside working). All of this was such a nightmare and I'm so grateful it ended up not as bad as I anticipated. Thank you Stephen for the quick, reliable service, solid communication and excellent follow through. Next time we have plumbing issues (which I hope isn't for a long time) they will be the ones we call for sure! Thanks again!!

I called for was able to get an estimate the following day. Tech Daniel arrived assessed the problem and gave me a quote (free estimate without a service call charge). He was able to repair the problem immediately.

Another smuck plumber stated pressure regulator needed replacement in addition to the shower control valve. All I needed was the shower control valve replaced. I appreciate the integrity of my tech Daniel. I am an out of town landlord. Thank you Jim & Sons Plumbing.

Well it happened again. The master suite toilet this time. Right away I said, ""We're calling Jim & Sons. We want it done correctly. They're the ones we can count on."" Ring a ding ding ""Carol, I need you!"" I was happy to get scheduled for the next afternoon - no problem for me but she called right back and rescheduled me to the morning and when morning first came so did Danny and his associate and within 20 minutes I learned I can't flush clorox wipes. Just NOT a thing. Their cost was fantastic and you bet I gave them a 20% tip! I hope not see them again any time soon but if the need arise I know I can count on Jim and Son for excellence.

The young man from this company came out and explained everything well to where I could understand and listed all issues with water heater. And even texted water pressure appreciate the fast and thorough response.
