Highly recommend Jim & Son's! We had gas line work and a leaky toilet to fix. Reached out via yelp and was contacted and had appointment scheduled for same day in less than 30 mins. Cory reached out to us to confirm the appointment and talk a bit about the work just after the appointment was scheduled. Cory arrived on time and was quick to start his work. He did an awesome job on both the gas line and toilet leak. He went above and beyond to ensure his work was done well and cleaned up after. The cost of the work was also honest and fair. Will definitely call them in the future!

Our kitchen sink was draining slow, so decided to call Jim and Sons. I spoke with Carol in the office, who was very pleasant to speak with. Carol was very efficient to schedule our service for this morning. She said a technician would call us when he was on his way.
Cory called us when he was about 45 min away. He promptly arrived within the time period. Cory was very efficient in diagnosing the alternatives, and was able to correct our drain issue quickly. At first, he thought a more expensive alternative may solve our issue, but after additional investigation, he found the solution and the cost was what was quoted by Carol. It was nice that there was no upsetting at all. We were so happy with Cory's work ethic and knowledge.

An Honest plumber! I called 3 minutes before closing, explained that the gas co. turned off the gas and the water heater may need repair. I knew they would be closed for the next 2 days (due to Labor Day) and made an appointment for first thing next working day as my 85 year old mother would like to shower, but really, who needs to shower. I got a call 20 min later, was told a tech. would be out in half an hour! When tech. got here he turned it on, checked for leaks and did not find any, Don't need a new water heater! He could have taken me to the cleaners and I would have gone with a smile on my face, but he was an honest man. Total time from first phone call to the tech driving away was less than 1.5 hours. AMAZING!!! When time comes (and it will), Jim and Sons will be who I call without hesitation!

I hired Jim & Sons based on numerous excellent reviews and I am so glad that I did. We had a number of small items that needed attention. Corey was an outstanding plumber who fixed a leaky sink, wiggly faucets, a leaking toilet, installed new faucets in our bathroom and laundry, and moved a host bib to a better location. He was friendly, courteous and informed me of what was wrong and had me examine each repairs once finished. He was on-time, clean and neat. I give Jim & Sons my highest rating. They are honest and professional.

WOW!!! I called Jim & Sons, they sent out someone to give me a quote! I mentioned how my Hot water was coming out of my Cold water in the bathtub. The technician which I think was Aaron diagnosed it and said my valve was possibly stuck due to wear then explained in detail how hot water tends to cause these types of problems. I decided to add additional items to the quote/job because he was experienced and knew what he was doing!

The previous company I called told me my pipes were crossed and I needed to redo the entire system!! I left a honest review for intercity plumbing and the owner was nice enough to text me about it. Takes constructive criticism well? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!

Aaron arrived with a 2nd technician and they tackled each of one of my repairs! They installed a new kitchen faucet, two new bathtub valves, installed a new water heater, then cut and welded my copper pipes that the previous owner used copper & galvanized pipe.

I looked at the time and it was just past lunchtime as they were cleaning up. I was in shock at the fact they were so fast. They even ran into issues because parts were missing from what should have already been used by whomever worked on our home previously.

Aaron and his tech were beyond impressive! I made sure to thank them and plan to use them for all my plumbing repairs!! Jim & Sons is definitely someone you can trust.

Jim & Sons Plumbing & Rooter was polite and courteous and scheduled a service call for the next morning. Problem was with our water heater continually dripping water on the outdoor drain. Daniel the technician arrived on time and we briefly told him the problem. Checked the outside drain and then the water heater and immediately found the problem. Quoted us the cost for fixing which was very reasonable and explained what the problem was. Problem diagnosed and fixed within a hour. The whole experience was very positive and would highly recommend Jim & Sons Plumbing & Rooter for any plumbing need. Daniel gets an A+ excellent customer and technical skills.

If you are looking for a reputable, responsive and top of the line plumber,look no further than Jim and Sons Plumbing. We needed a new water heater and they got the job done, quickly, efficiently and their response time was over the top. We got other bids but they had the best price with no corners cut and no surprise added fees.

Steve and Chris did the install and arrived on time and did a very professional job and got the job done quickly. Plus, you get the added bonus that they were very friendly and attentive.
