I had contacted Jim & sons about a garbage disposal replacement via yelp and was instantly impressed with the courteousness of Carols responses. Probably asked more than I needed to about replacing the disposal but she was patient, prompt, and I felt being genuinely helpful. Sold! Scheduled the work and was to get them out the same day I had spoken to them. Then these 2 guys show up...... they were so efficient and very respectful. Took the time to explain the what's and whys of what they were doing. Aaron was kind enough to take a look at my dishwasher just in case the old disposal was effecting it's performance even though I was told they didn't work on appliances. Not only was everyone I interacted with from this company incredibly kind and helpful, their prices were fair and they don't charge you extra for parts, you pay what they do. Talked to the guys about future projects and I look forward to working with them again. Neighbors two days later had a plumbing issue and I referred Jim & sons without hesitation.

Excellent plumber. Jim, Jim Jr., and Aaron are courteous and professional and hard working. Jim listened to what I wanted, and made it happen. Unlike some other plumbers, he didn't try to convince me to repipe my how or get a new tankless heater. His estimate was much lower than other guys, and he stuck to it. Highly recommended!

Wow! for the second time in a row these guys are incredibly honest, nice, polite, called me back quickly, and made it over to fix my water heater. The first time I called, a month ago, they did such a great job for my kitchen sink. Thank you Jim and Son's for being trust worthy, and fair. I Highly recommend calling them first

Excellent customer service. Plumbers, Aaron and James were running late, but made sure to keep informed of when they were expected to arrive. They came to my place at 7pm and worked on a clogged main drain for two hours. There was a major blockage that required a front clean out which I didn't have. They fixed the problem temporarily but because they could not guarantee a long term fix they did not charge me, but recommended a long term fix. James and Aaron were incredibly patient and professional and I could not ask for a better plumbing experience.

Most businesses would have their goal to make a lot of money. Now while I'm sure these guys like money it doesn't drive them. After coming out twice to do estimates, (they were soiled from a previous job on first visit so didn't come in) these guys told me that my issues could easily be solved without them. I simply appreciate Mr Jim and Aaron. If the big issues rise I will call you first.

These guys were just at my house a day after Christmas fixing a bad non draining sink and did a fabulous job! Not ideal having a broken sink during the holidays but they fixed it right up! It was quick and they cleaned up afterwards! Thank you guys so much!!
