Based on Yelp reviews I gave Jim and Sons a call when one recent morning our toilets overflowed from a main line blockage. Steve and Chuck arrived in about 90 minutes and went to work, scoping the line and clearing a root clog. They found a problem in the line that needed more investigation and came back two days later to dig it up. They suspected a broken line but found that buried clean out with a dislodged cap, filled with roots. They cleaned it up, fitted an extension to make it accessable and hydro jetted the system to clear all debris out of the pipes. They replanted our plants and flowers that got dug up in the process, cleaned everything up, and charged us less than half of their upper estimate for the job. I highly recommend them to my neighbors in the Lake Mathews, Perris, Corona, Riverside area.

Where do I start with this Company? Yucaipa Animal Placement Society need their main kennel drains cleared. We called Jim & Sons and they answered their phone immediately! They gave YAPS a great price and cleared our clogged drains same day! We have since used them to maintain our drains, install sinks and even repaired our hot water heater. We were so pleased with their work and pricing, we had them install a water tank to prevent YAPS from losing water pressure throughout the day. Steven is so knowledgeable and worked within our estimated price. They are our go to plumber here at YAPS!

All I can say is start here first and you won't be disappointed. Professional, courteous, and friendly service and staff. My favorite part is they are big enough to handle all jobs but small enough to care still and that is hard to find. We had a broken main drain and after calling 10 different plumbing companies with 10 different ideas about how to fix it. Aaron came by and after 10 mins I could just tell the difference and don't regret a thing. Thanks again guys!!

Needed to have our sewer main line jetted out. Called them and within an hour they had a technician out to my house and they were finished in about 30 minutes. Great customer service would recommend them.

Jim & Sons came out the same day, diagnosed my issue, fixed the problem and made it better than before they came out. Many times repair vendors will come out and will just do the work; Steven and Chuck did the work, and cleaned up after themselves which was impressive. The price was reasonable and fair, and they didn't try to get over on me because I am a woman.
