I hired Jim Smith Plumbing of Naples, FL and was dealt with in a most unprofessional and dishonest manner. I was charged $570 for replacement of 3 PEX joints that required 1.5 hours of actual work. The tech quoted me $219/ for the first hour + parts. When I called, Jordan A. Thompson was argumentative, belligerent, and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I called Jim Smith for a simple bathroom remodel. They were prompt courteous. I was extremely satisfied with the service. I definitely recommend then in them in the future and will use them again!
