I had Jerid come out for a plumbing issue. He was extremely nice and professional. After thinking about it over night, I feel like I was extremely overcharged. I had an issue with a sound in my shower and the spout needed to be replaced. I was charged $395. Not really knowing anything about plumbing I was not certain but it really seems like it was way too much

I feel like this company took outrageous advantage of me - I had a small leak in the stack and was charged an amount that I could have remodeled two entire bathrooms - I should have known better - red flag - when they gave me three different choices/prices - as if I had choices on the quality of repair? Either you fix a leak or you don't ? Even the ""lowest"" price was completely ridiculous - my bad for being in such a hurry to get it fixed They knew I was desperate to have it done quickly - made a huge mess and the technician didn't seem experienced. Live and learn - I am female and not young - should have gotten second or third opinion. I do not recommend.

Ian was here performing a sewer line inspection this morning. He was prompt, polite, respectful, professional, and personable. He explained the inspection process and asked if I had questions. I switched to Jim Needham several years ago and have found his technicians to be expertly trained, respectful of our home, and just what you'd expect from a company who values its customer's business and shows it! Ian was no exception. Excellent customer service from the office staff to the technicians. We wouldn't use anyone else!
