Walked in said I needed a new faucet and I did. He said , I'll be right back . He leaves and returns with a faucet. No box. So I say how much is it he says I have to figure it out. Puts the faucet on. So starts to go I say. What do I owe. And had my debit card there. He said I don't take that. Or a check. I said I don't even know the cost yet. He said I do it all by computer. I said I'm not good at thst. Anyway he never sends a bill keeps saying to go on some site which I couldn't. Went thru that at least 4 times. So I said come back here tell me the price and I'll have money. For you. 6 months go by. He shows up today and says he wants 350 for a faucet. Said ot was top of the line. I live in a mobile home. Why would I need a top of the line. I gave him 175. Was all I had. He says he'll be back next month for more. He and the guy with him were both half lit when they came that day

Had a leak in a house waterline somewhere that was dripping out of my garage ceiling. Called my usual plumber and got voicemail. After two hours and no callback, I checked Yelp and saw excellent reviews for Jim. Called and he answered right away. Within an hour he was at my door with his son. They found the leak pretty quickly and had it fixed within an hour.

Hot water tank was leaking pretty bad and I called Jim after finding him via good ole Google. He was very nice, professional, and willing to help me out quickly. He was at my house within 2 hours of calling him and had my tank swapped out like nothing. I would definitely recommend him 100% and he will be my go to plumber from now on!! Perfect experience! Quick response and got on his schedule within a few days. our need was not an emergency. He addressed all our issues and there were several. have had not great experiences with plumbers in the past so I am very wary. I am so happy to have found a skilled and reasonably priced plumber.

Great service and prompt response. My water heater started leaking on Saturday . I called Mr Monz and he walked me through over the phone to help stop the leak. He was here next day to replace it and got us squared away. Highly recommended.

I see the other reviews were written over a year or two ago. We just had Mr. Monz over to install a shutoff valve for our toilet, and put new guts in the tank. I don't know if something has happened to him personally in that time, but he was less than friendly on the phone, and even worse when he got here. Shortly after he left we found water pouring out of the toilet where the screw attaches the tank to the base; he had not tightened that screw, and we had a heck of time getting that mess cleaned up. Two more times after that, we had more water on the floor when the flow valve was not shutting the water off after flushing. He came over and fixed it, but we will never have him in our house again. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and seemingly confused at times. I wish him well with whatever is going on, but I regret that we hired him; it was a nightmare dealing with his behavior.

I called two other plumbers I saw on-line that are based a tad closer to where I live - one couldn't get to me for a week & the other never called-back, so I expanded my search area & found Mr Monz. Initially I left a message, but surprisingly, he called me back within 5 minutes. And, he was able to get to me that afternoon. Problem drain fixed in short order.
The service call fee was about what I expected it to be as no parts were needed. I'd most assuredly call him the next time I'd need such services.
