Brad P.not happy with the service from this company. left a message for the company to work on a furnace they put in and did not hear back from them. had to call them again. told they would have a tech get ahold of me asap. had to call again. tech finally called back the next day. said he would be there that day. that day ended up being the following day at noon. did not hear anything from the tech after he did arrive. now the next sunday i have the same issue. left 2 messages on the company voice mail and made 3 calls to the emergency service number. no call back!!!! i am a landlord and have 30 furnaces that someone else sell and service.
