This family-owned business is represented by three generations, with lots of experience. Jim came highly recommended to me by another plumber because Jim specializes in tough jobs. My house was built in 1964 and has the bad galvanized pipes. Jim upgraded nozzles under sinks and by toilets with no problems. He was meticulous and kept the job site clean. He was a delight to work with. Lots of peace of mind knowing his company is available to help in times of need.

CONSUMERS BEWARE: This plumbing company was sent out to my property that I rent out on 3 separate occasions within a 1 month time frame to address the same issue for my renters. After the 3rd trip out to my property and hearing their diagnosis of the issue, coupled with their proposed solution which entailed ripping up the bathroom floor or digging up the yard/driveway to run new exterior piping (both of which would be thousands of dollars), I decided to get a second opinion. It's a good thing I did too because the other Company was able to fix the issue on the first visit and there haven't been any problems since. I feel that I was getting taken for a ride and just nickeled and dimed the whole time. When I tried to dispute the 3rd invoice and offered to pay a trip charge but nothing more because they misdiagnosed the issue and never properly fixed the root cause, they attempted to put a lien on my property and also attempted to charge an inflationary interest rate, both of which were dismissed in court. I DON'T recommend this plumbing company because they lack the professionalism and courtesy of standing behind their work. No warranties are offered, they lack the proper equipment to do all necessary plumbing jobs (like pressure jetting your lines), and they attempt to abuse the construction lien law that is in place to protect contractors which obviously was not the case in this matter. If you need a job done right on the first attempt, this is not the company.

We love and highly recommend this business! The owner is amazing! They had to fit us in a few times for our business and residential! My garbage disposal just stopped working one night. Brian from Jim Howard Plumbing was very quick to responding and has it back up and working super quick! Brian Howard is extremely unprofessional. He hit on me and kept making several comments that """"I was beautiful"""" and that """"I had a nice body"""". He made me feel uncomfortable and I would never recommend him to my friends or family. His boss needs to educate him on sexual harassment and he needs to learn to refrain from making comments about how people look.

Brian has always taken care of the plumbing in my home and I am always 100% satisfied with his attentiveness, efficiency, and quality of their work. In fact, I've referred several friends and family members to them over the years because I trust them to do a good job for my peeps. Brian and Jim know how to get the job done right. As far as their pricing, I'll tell you that they aren't the least expensive, nor are they the most expensive. But when they do a job, they do it right. That's why I'll never go to another plumber.
