Company Overview

Jim Dickerson Company is a family-run business that proudly serves Charlotte and its neighboring areas. Jim, who hails from Charlotte, learned the plumbing trade from his father-in-law, Chester H. Creed, and gained valuable experience working with him before establishing his own business.

In 1977, Jim and his wife Judy established Jim Dickerson Plumbing. What started as a single truck operation has expanded significantly over the years, and now we boast a sizable fleet of service vehicles ready to assist you.

To meet the needs of our customers, we have added Electrical and Heating and Air divisions to our company. This expansion enables our thousands of clients to enjoy the same dependable and honest service for their Electrical and HVAC needs that they have come to expect from our Plumbing services.

We moved to our present 11,000 square foot location in 2005. The 7,000 square foot warehouse at our location enables us to maintain an inventory of frequently used parts, water heaters, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring we can offer quick service, even during evenings and weekends.

After finishing college, Jim's daughters, Debbie and Angie, became part of the company and now manage the office's daily operations, which encompass Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, and Accounting.
